Always have been pleased with their service. Just recently I ordered a Birthday card and found the picture to be too dark. They credited me without a problem.

We ordered custom cards and one of them had a font problem with our attempt to use quotation marks. I contacted customer support and got an immediate response. KC personally verified what we wanted and resubmitted the order. We love the cards and personalizing shows the recipient that you care.

Couldn't adjust my order. I just placed it. And, realized I was reordering cards I had already received. OMG! Very up set. Now, my Sister will be receiving 4 additional cards. That don't pertain to her.. They need to have a cancellation option or an adjustment option. If you just recently placed your order. Hope they can help fix this problem. I will be card shopping at Hallmark. Sorry.. Just list a good customer.

I've always been so pleased with the cards from Greeting Card Universe, however my last card never arrived. Feeling there must have been a mix-up with the postal delivery, I sent a replacement without being charged! Again, very very happy!

This is an awesome company. I have been ordering birthday, Christmas and other occasion cards from Greeting Card Universe for a few years now. I have never been disappointed. Their customer service is top notch, cards are beautiful and delivery is always on time.

Love this company! Customer service quickly responds to questions/changes to your order. Selection of cards and the ability to add photos to some cards makes for a unique card buying experience.

I have used “GCU” on numerous occasions over the past several years and have yet to be disappointed. They always have (or will create) just what I am looking for. No more card racks for me!!

I was looking for Rosh Hashanah cards over the past few weeks and found little appeal. Several days AFTER the holiday had passed, I received an email suggesting I select a card for this year. When I pointed out the stupidity of the timing, I got a reply saying essentially "well last year you ordered cards on September 6th". This ignores the fact that the holiday varies from year to year. The second reply was that you have an automated/algorithm that sends out useless reminders that are this useless. Does anyone understand how insulting that is to a customer?
