“I love this company...the product, service and customer support. My friends and family love the personalized cards, I love the ease of delivery. I can choose to have the cards shipped to me and then I send them out, or I can have the company send them out on the date I choose (same price). Sending cards internationally is extremely helpful. Since they make and ship from Europe, the delivery time is much faster, at the same delivery price as if I sent it myself from the US. Customer service must have someone answering questions and concerns for each email sent. They immediately responded and offered to help, even when it was not their fault. Great company all around!”

“The cards I ordered are beautiful! I ordered before Christmas and they were delivered when they said they would be. I just contacted customer service and they got right back to me and cheerfully resolved my problem!”

“I was looking to order cards for my family and with covid i wasnt finding what i wanted. So i went onlineand found card universe. Love the cards. Ive ordered Thanksgiving, Christmas and just ordered Valentines Day & Easter. this is were ill ge going to order my cards.”

“I feel I need to correct my last entry. Apparently the company had the wrong address to respond to my request. When contacted again I received an immediate email with a promise of a refund for the lost order.”

“When placing an order earlier today (what a super variety of cards are on offer!) I didn’t spot the box for entering my discount code. I contacted customer services to ask if this box could be pointed out for future reference and am delighted to say that I had a very prompt and unexpected response, offering to apply the discount to my order.
