“The cards are beautifully designed with inside messages that have thought and meaning. Customer service is exceptional. A person answers the phone. Resolution of a concern is fast. I definitely recomnend this website.”

“Ordered 2 supposedly in stock themed specific Christmas cards on December 9th and it is now 14 days since that order and no cards. I have sent several hundred stock cards to friends and family all over the US (after Dec 9) and they received theirs in spite of Covid delays in 3 to 4 days. For a company as large as this one that has a promise of next day shipping, they sure have failed in their efforts to take care of their customers or at least this customer.”

“I have been a customer for a couple years and have purchased about 60 cards. I think they have a great selection of cards to begin with but they also make them customizable. Being able to add your own personal touch make these cards very attractive. All of this at a very reasonable cost. I recently had an order that was lost, (along with orders from other merchants), that Greeting Card Universe has graciously offered to replace. Thank you.”

“I have bought about a dozen cards in the last couple of months. The recipients have all commented on the personal messages and fitting themes of each card. I even sent the wrong street spelling on my sister’s birthday card...twice, and since it had already bern processed, GCU offered to send a correct card at no charge! They exceed expectations in customer service, efficiency and quality of product. They are my online card company after this season’s experiences.”

“First off I want to say what greeting card universe has to offer and the artists working within the company have to offer is amazing. Choices. Customizing. Your own words being put into the card if you choose to do so, and choices of font and color adding one of your own pictures??? Done ✅. Website. Easy as pie to navigate!! Customer service?? Top notch. Today is a Sunday and I was able to reach out to correct an error on my part and actually received a response back from them!!!! Amazing 🤩. Look no further than Greeting Card Universe to get exactly what you want!”

“I am a first time customer and ordered 1 card for my Grandson’s First Christmas on November 27. I can’t review the card because I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT and today is December 13th! The tracking is useless because it hasn’t been updated since December 5th! Very, very disappointing!”

“I had previously written a negative review because of poor communication and extreme delay in delivery by USPS. Perhaps in the Christmas season, USPS should not be the means of delivery. I did complain to Greeting Card Universe and they have reordered my cards and are in the process of getting these to me. If my 2020 Covid Christmas cards arrive in time to mail, all is forgiven! I have always been satisfied with product and delivery but this time I was disappointed by delivery. Greeting Card Universe is promising to make it good!”
