Your customer service is excellent! I put in an order and forgot to include the promo code, thereby paying $10 too much; noticed it right away, sent an email to customer support, and the problem was corrected, just like that! Five Stars all the way!

Ordered a birthday card for my son in October to be delivered on December 2 for his day. My son called and said hey was this meant for ____ (his sister) as her birthday is in October. Contacted the company and they said mistakes happen. Not sure if I would preorder again

I have been a customer, for many years, and I have been completely satisfied. The cards are wonderful, and there is always one, for every occasion. On the rare times, I had an issue, they fixed it immediately. They are an A+++++++++++++company!!!

Very helpful. I sent an email the night before Thanksgiving as I had lost the cards I was about to order. They responded on Thanksgiving and had retrieved my cards and helped me set up an account.

I had ordered a card that was time sensitive to Canada and it would have been on time if the Postal service had delivered it to the correct address. I advised the company I had not received it and they offered me a full refund without hesitation. It was not Greeting Card Universes' mistake but they took care of my issue. Great service Thank you Doug

Absolutely amazing service! I had 7 cards on order for the UK, to be posted mid December, then I found out that there are to be post office strikes during December, which would no doubt play havoc with the Christmas post. So I emailed Greeting Card Universe customer service and asked if I could change the mailing date. They replied and said to give them the numbers of the cards and the new mailing date I wanted. I did as requested and today I have just been notified that all my cards have been posted to the UK, and hopefully will avoid getting caught up in the strike. So, Greeting Card Universe, your help was amazing, exemplary even, and I haven't yet said anything about how nice, and such a huge selection, your cards are...so THANK YOU, Greeting Card Universe, I am awarding you 20 gold stars!!

Recipient claimed they did not get the card. However, customer service gave me a credit within hours of being told about this. I even told them I didn't want a refund since the amount was minimal, but they credited my account anyway. Five star customer service! Will definitely try them again!

I ordered a card to the UK and it was mailed on November 14th. I am shocked and in total disbelief as the recipients have already received their card on November 15th. Greeting Card Universe not only provides an assortment of amazing cards to select from, their service is second to none. THANK YOU for providing the best customer service experience ever!!!!! In this day and age customer service is waiting g. It your company always goes above and beyond. I am a lifer card orderer from GCU.

Outstanding customer service after I was the one who erred. I sent a complaint about a card I received and erred with my email. Customer Service found me and gracefully pointed out my mistake. Then they sent me correct cards immediately. I feel as if I made a friend at the other end of my emails!

As an 83 year old with visual impairment, I was surprised and very grateful to have a refund for a mistake I had made. The response was immediate, so I was able to stop worrying.

II was amazed at how quickly my promo code error was corrected in only a couple of hours. This resulted in a significant refund. Super service, as well as strikingly original and beautiful cards!

At 71 years old I still make mistakes. Like in this case Greeting Cards staff corrected my mistake by giving me a refund. Good people!!! Thank You
