“I am happy with my cards as usual. Unfortunately the mail service caused greater than usual delays. However l have been very well treated and compensated. As l:mentioned in a previous review l woukd lije to see the spelling if Mum as we do it in Au and also some research in to some of the Dports played apart from USA. Chrutmas Snow scenes are lovely l envy those who havre ot Hete it us often hot or this year La Niña will cause rain , hummidity and even flood? Sobs me cards with images of occasions in countries around pd the universe not just in the USA I knit it is a huge Country so l do understand od the market demographic. I end by saying l do lije the petdonalmcards fir family members and will, remaimpn a customer if the mail service allies. Many people atehivingbup on Cards which l think is sad. Too much texting a lack of personal contact makes this world not so nice a pkace to be sometimes. Thank you , Old Liza”

“KC in customer service found a lost order. It was my error in address but representative had order reshipped Priority. Above and beyond service. I have been ordering specialty cards from Greeting Card Universe for a few years. I am especially fond of the “get well” and sympathy photo cards. Thank you KC.”

“I just ordered my first cards and forgot to include a promotional code. I emailed the support team on a Sunday, and within several hours received an email informing me they would be processing the promotional discount. What OUTSTANDING customer service! I just saw some cute holiday cards and based on their response to my first order, am inclined to make another purchase soon. Thank you!”

“Sending greeting cards is something that I enjoy and is an especially nice way to stay connected to friends and loved ones. Feeling connected is especially important during this pandemic. I found Greeting Card Universe recently while searching online for a place to restock my dwindling card supply. I’ve placed 2 orders, many with personalizations, and could not be happier with the cards as well as the service. Thank you!”

“I have been buying cards from greeting card universe for several years, but since the quarantine I have bought ALL cards there. It’s easy to find specific cards with their search: new dog or cat, cataract surgery, a specific birthday, etc. some cards can be personalized with the recipients name or a greeting. And there are lots of holiday cards too, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as Chinese New Year and Cinco de Mayo. Courts and mailed it out fairly quickly and are of excellent quality.”

“I ordered 3 cards 2 weeks ago and am very happy with all the cards!!!! They are beautiful and very good quality! Price was great!!! Will place an order again soon.....they only took 2 weeks to arrive and I live in Canada....so it was an international order! I originally thought I ordered them 3 weeks ago and contacted them because I hadn’t received them....they replied right away! Very good service!! Would give them 5 stars!!!”
