“Not sure why I’m being continuously pestered by your company for a review on a product that I’m returning for a full refund. But, because you won’t leave me alone, here’s my review. The wallet sucks. You load 5 or 6 cards in there and push the trigger, and all the cards literally FLY out of the wallet. If by chance one or two stay in, they don’t eject in a ladder or tiled format to allow for easy viewing, they are all bunched together in one clump so you have to sift through the cards. An elastic band does a better job at holding the cards. I’ve returned the wallet to buy from EKSTER instead. Their wallets are much nicer, easier to use, INCLUDE the band and eject nicely holding on to all the cards but shwowcasing them in a cascading tile format so you can quickly and easily see all your cards at a glance. Don’t buy from GRIP6 unless you like picking your cards up off the floor every time you push the trigger. Terrible execution.”

“Buckle color did not match the advertised color, buckle returned. Was told "That is our new gunmetal tactical buckle. We have changed anodizing companies so our gunmetal is darker now." The website does reflect this and still does not after 7 days after I've brought it to their attention.”

“Beware, these socks run small. Ordered four pairs of the large size (I wear a size 9.5 shoe) and they are way too tight. The material does not have any give or stretch. I exchanged a couple of e-mails with their customer service department and they offered to exchange for a larger size or see if they stretch after a few wearings/washings. I'm not sure that will happen so I can't recommend these.”

“I was disappointed in the belt. I watched the video's several times and still can not get the belt to tighten up enough. The webbing of the belt also feels thin”

“I would not recommend this wallet to anyone. My cards would not stay inside the wallet when upside down (I wasn’t slamming it upside down in the air). I really wanted to love this wallet. The materials are nice and the wallet is super thin. But if it won’t hold the cards securely, what’s the point? Love the company and what it stands for but not the product.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of WOOL ANKLE SOCKS and the quality is outstanding, very well crafted, & I received them promptly. I would highly recommend their socks to anyone! But, their customer service is very poor. The socks are too small, I need to exchange them with a size larger. They advertise this can be done; however, I cannot get through to customer service. They only have a voice mail which says you can leave your name and Order number; but, the message recommends emailing them will be faster. When I called back, twice, the voice mail was "FULL" and I could not get or find their email address. I finally found their email address, emailed them to ask what do I need to do to exchange my socks; but, no response yet. I'll wait 2 more days and email them again as their voice mail REMAINS "FULL." Very poor customer service. If you are fortunate enough to get the correct size and do not need to exchange any of their products, I'm sure you will appreciate the excellent quality of their socks. If you have to reach out to them to exchange or return a product --GOOD LUCK!”

“Doesn't work. Belt is difficult to tighten and very difficult to release. There is no stretch at all so it is impossible to tighten it enough. I find that after trying and trying, the belt is not tight enough and it doesn't keep my pants up. Maybe with a stretchy fabric the belt would work but as it is now, it is useless.”
