“Great service. Items were posted and delivered very quickly, all items are great! The groomers world electric table is very quiet and smooth, also rises much higher than my last table. The groomers world blaster is also very powerful if needed. I also ordered some heiniger opal clippers that are nice and quiet too! I have just ordered some new comb attachments. Highly recommend ⭐️”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding your order. We no longer sell 1L fragrances as a trigger spray bottle this is why you have not received it in your package. This is reflected on our website photos and description but I appreciate as a repetitive buyer you may not have noticed this when purchasing. “I Ordered a the grooming kit with groomers world for my dog grooming course. I ordered quite last minute tbh and emailed them in a panic to see if I would have it on time . Sure enough it came within a couple of days . Can’t fault the products or the costumer care .”

“Order went through quickly and delivered as expected. Now to the comb… Well I bought it for my OES because I keep her in full coat and she’s not matted. Within the first five minutes two teeth fell out the comb and as the week has progressed, I think around 9 are now missing. Disappointed in the quality of the product and would not recommend it or buy another one.”

“Update Groomers World have kindly been in touch with me direct. They have tried to track my parcel through Royal Mail but with no luck. They have sent me out a replacement parcel and will track item to ensure it arrives with me. Great customer service to resolve my issue, which it seems is due to Royal Mail and not Groomers World. Thank you!”

“Absolutely over the moon with my Groomers World order, communication was brilliant, speedy delivery and they even checked that a stand I wanted for my blaster would fit, and as it actually wouldn't they amended the order before it shipped so I didn't need to worry about returning it.”
