“I very happy with my purchase the nail grinder very good a little noisy but ok .it grinder brilliant my dogs nails super easy to trim plus the long cord super great. Very impressed with my purtches. Not tried the nail clippers yet but they look good too 10/10”

“I was sent the completely wrong product which was actually cheaper but I was still charged for the more expensive product I had actually ordered without a refund given. Poor service. Not happy.”

“Needed a replacement Aeolus blaster in a hurry, ordered the cyclone to replace a 3.5yr old monster. Would have liked the option for next day delivery to NI such as Royal Mail special, as other services (RM 24) are much slower, but good price and staff were fab and very communicative via email advising that next day wasn’t available to NI.”

“Great customer service and products. Sadly I had an issue with delivery that was chosen but your excellent customer service helped me and suggested how I can avoid this with my next order. Very helpful and refunded my delivery fee which was very helpful. Products I bought clippers with one order- fabulous. I also bought curved scissors and they’re excellent too. Perfect I will shop again!”

“The Wahl Km cordless is much better than the Wahl Super groom cordless dog clipper I used - faster, louder and cut through fur like no tomorrow! However, it is impossible to remove the blade for cleaning as my hands are weak. Also, the competition Wahl 8 Piece Metal Comb Guide Set is not useful as their sizing is not normally used by me (I do 4mm on my dog but their 1st size is 3mm and 2nd size is 6mm!) and to attach the guide onto the clipper is very hard work for my weak hands. I am not a groomer just a house wife who has a very nervours little dog. The ordering system was simple and my order came very quickly so thank you Groomers World.”
