The gifts I have gotten from you are high quality, and so well priced. They are the type I am proud to give. And boy were they well received! I bought 3 knives and had them personalized. They came so quickly.

Website is easy to navigate with a lot to offer at different price points. The only odd/negative thint I came acrossed was when ordering a flask/zippo combo in order to customize it I had to order black instead of a classic brushed nickel look. If I customized the nickel it was in a basic boring line. So I went with black which came out beautiful and my groomsman loved.

Flasks looked great but the entire package was bashed in. All of the individual boxes were each broken and not presentable, very disappointing.

The quality of the items I received a fantastic however they were smudge dirty and covered in fingerprints I had to take each one out of the original packaging and polish them up so they look presentable as gifts that I was giving them as

My experience has been horrible!!! They messed up my original order. I specifically asked them to contact me before they redid the order to make sure we were both on the same page and they went ahead and redid the order without communicating with me about the size of the lettering on the redone order. The original order looked nothing like the lettering and date on the picture on their website. They will not call me - they only communicate via email. They tell me conflicting information. My wedding date is two weeks away and I still have not received the redone order so I have no clue if it is even going to look good. Very stressful. I would NEVER use this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the products on July 8th and it is now July 29th and I still have not received it yet even though i paid a significant amount extra for express shipping. Extremely displeased.

I gave 3 stars because my package was lost while in transit to me. Also the telephone number that's listed isn't an active phone number, When trying to contact Customer Service you cant talk to someone, You have to email customer service. Not Good!!!

Your customer services and response time is horrible. It cost me $25 to ship this back to you and never received a refund for the shipping.

I’m highly disappointed with the shipping route this company chose to take. My package hasn’t received an update in almost TWO WEEKS and it’s location is less than 14 hours from me. I’ve message GroomsShop and they’ve seemed to stop replying to me and when I call the delivery company for an update the automated recording tells me to call the company I bought the product from for tracking updates. Really hope they show up just before my wedding or I’m going to ask for a refund!

The bags I purchased were great quality. The only thing I’m upset over is the pictures on the website make the handles look black, but they’re more of a cocoa color. Now my groomsmen’s initials on the bag do not match.
