I really like the product, BUT it doesn't keep ice very long at all & it leaks. It allowed water to leak all over our trunk.

Not all my items were in the box when my shipment arrived. It was difficult to reach any sort of customer service seeing that their phone number posted did not work and email response took over two days and two emails later. I paid extra for shipping to have all my items in on time and obviously that did not happen. I did not get refunded for that extra shipping or any of the product, nor did my missing item get expedited. Quality of product is the only reason this reviews gets 2 stars.

The products were good quality. I purchased large tumblers with monogram, coolers with embroidered stitching and wooden handled engraved knives. The tumblers & coolers were perfect. The knives were nice, except it was difficult to read the name, it kind of blended with the handle and didn’t stand out well. The quality was still there though, I am very pleased my the products and recommend this web site to everyone looking for groomsmen gift ideas. Mike A. South Shore MA

I ordered a month ago and still waiting for my order to show up. Apparently first order got lost in transit and I just got notification that my replacement is in fulfillment….not even on its way to me yet. Never again Groomshop

Summary for orders 82113 and 82188. No tracking confirmations one order showed up. The other still not here. It's been 28 days and my wedding is over. Your telephone number doesn't work, and your email support is terrible. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone...ever. You failed to live up to your end with ANY dates you advertise. It's been 28 days now still dont have my 2nd order nor do I even have tracking.

My order took a longer amount of time than was initially indicated. It took almost 2 months for me to receive and during that time I received very little communication on the progress of my order. I had received one email letting me know that my order was “in production.” I understand that sometimes fulfilling orders takes longer than anticipated but the severe lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered my grooms gifts well over a month before my wedding and paid extra to expedite it just in case and My wedding was two weeks ago and still no sign of them. Zero response to my emails other than automated

The felt on the bottom of my gifts were all peeling. I paid for expedited production but it still took weeks to get produced. Thankfully they were delivered before I needed them and they looked nice overall.

Misleading advertising for shipping. Quality was subpar at best, the engraving was barely visible and the knives were not fully deburred from the China plant.
