“Was really excited as I ordered my groomsmen the grill set well over a month in advance of my wedding. It was made but then lost in shipping... they said they would make another one and get it to me by my wedding.. wedding is this Saturday and still no gifts no updates... should have bought something local instead.”

“Fair pricing in excellent customer service one of my products had a minor imperfection so I contacted them and all I had to do was send a picture and they had a replacement send out no issues whatsoever very good company to deal with highly recommended”

“Ordered 7 custom glasses from here and purchased the shipping insurance. 2 of them were broken. Filed a claim for them and was instantly replied to saying they were in the process of fixing it. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for them to give me any update at all. I've emailed them and have gotten no reply. Order elsewhere if you want what you actually paid for.”

“Purchased for my groomsmen for my destination wedding. Groomsmen got ONE use out of the bag before they ripped and had holes in them. I purchased because I thought I'd be getting better quality stitching and material, especially for the price. Sent an email to customer support when I learned of the damaged bags and never got a response. Thought my groomsmen would be getting better quality bags, but instead I look like the idiot who bought poorly made and cheap bags. Hope to hear from customer service soon.”

“The first order of five showed up great- no issues. The next two ordered were completely shattered upon arrival. I contacted GRoomShop with pictures via email about a week ago-- no response. I would change my review if they would contact me back. Otherwise, I literally paid for broken glass. It's a shame, because the product looks great when it's not broken.”

“I placed this order on April 15th. These groomsmen gifts were for the wedding on April 24th. Apparently the gifts have been in Atlanta since April 20th. I had to reach out to the company and did not get a good response. They said they would reach out to me this week. I haven’t heard anything from them. I have already paid almost $400. I paid for priority processing and shipping warranty. This is ridiculous!!”
