“Products were good, but I paid for express production and it was still late. I didn't have it for my wedding and my groomsmen didn't get thier gifts. Kinda got screwed out of some money on this one. I'm not sure I'll use you again.”

“Beautiful personalized items. I purchased some laser engraved knives. The are nice quality and the metal presentation case they come in makes them appear much more expensive than they are !”

“The biggest regret of my wedding experience was using groomsshop. I made the order 2 months in advance of my wedding date. And they just lost my gifts and alerted me a week before my wedding day after reaching out three times for status updates. Now I don't have a gift on my wedding date and am incredibly disappointed.”
