Everything worked out and is perfect! Thank you! Only thing is the naked wines gift certificate isn’t handy. Here in Michigan we cannot buy alcohol online.

I haven’t received my order and it’s been over 45 days since I placed it. It was shipped June 28th and has not been delivered. I asked for an update and a representative from Groomshop told me they would look into it but I have not heard back. I want a full refund and will be posting negative reviews online shortly. Needless to say extremely unsatisfied.

Like the wood etching on the knives only thing I wish they used the lighter side of the wood when they etched/burned to make the names pop more, the cups came out great

Terrible customer service. Have ignored multiple calls and e-mails. Gave incorrect information about likely arrrival of item that was time sensitive, despite using priority express.

The first order of items came in wrong color with wrong initials etc. The quality was so poor, that we asked for a refund. Instead we were sent a second order, this time the correct color, but again messed up initials and still horrible quality. The cigar case and lighter wouldn't even close properly. 0/10.

My order was not prepared in time, it was ordered a month ahead of time and I had to get a refund. Disappointed to say the least.

Absolutely horrible, the order came in over three weeks after it was supposed to arrive, I wasn't able to give them to the groomsmen on the wedding day. Additionally, once they did arrive and I reviewed the product it was the wrong product and that is after the reason my order being late is due to the products staying in quality control for so long. I'll never recommend to anyone and will be sharing my experience elsewhere. Thanks for nothing

The pocket watch for my grandson's present was perfect. He is walking his mother down the aisle with his grandfather. We wanted him to have something special to remember this special day in his family life. Thank you. GroomsShop for such a nice selection.
