“I wasn't sent what I ordered. They sent me something very similar and sent me a $100 off promo code for some wine website if I spend $160. Not too pleased with the turnout but since the my wedding is coming up quick, I have no other choice than to take the order as is.”

“The watches themselves are cute, however, I feel like the company didn't represent the item well before purchase. The pocket watches are about the size of a half dollar. Maybe smaller. I agree it is partially my fault for not reading the dimensions, but in all the photos they appear to be the size of a normal men's pocket watch. While we are disappointed with the size, we will still give them as a gift.”

“I ordered whiskey decanters for my groomsmen but they arrived without tops. When I received the decanters I reached out via email to customer support and I asked if the tops would arrive before my wedding and the only response I received was "Im aware of the time sensitivity". I unfortunately had to give them their gifts without the decanter tops because they did not arrive on time.”
