The item came so late 2-3 months after I ordered it. The personalized disc with initials on it was poorly made and fell off immediately upon arrival, appears to have been cheaply glued on. I tried to contact multiple times and never received a reply. If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible product, terrible company

My purchase was made easily enough, but the products received were unusable. They were made very poorly, with little to no attention to detail. It was a set of monogrammed cufflinks, but nearly each set has misaligned printing, making the cufflinks look very cheap, and something I'm not comfortable giving my groomsmen as gifts. It's a shame, really, as I had higher hopes for product quality.

This is the WORST website ever. Worst customer experience team out there. I ordered this item for my wedding back in DECEMBER and have still yet to receive it. Multiple phone calls and emails left unanswered. Shop somewhere else because it’s not worth your time, money and aggravation.

It didn't arrive when they said two , to eight , business days so he didn't get it until after . So I was very unhappy with the timing .overall I was satisfied with the product
