“I was so excited for the coolers but when they arrived and I went to pre-fill them with beers for my groomsman the bottles wouldn’t fit. The top doesn’t close when filled with bottles. Cans are the only thing that fit, which is very disappointing since the photo shows bottles.”

“The product is very good, the timing and communication re: shipping delays was very shoddy. I had to call and email customer service many times to learn of the new estimated arrivals of my order. the order arrived well over a month late.”

“I ordered 8 humidors. Most of them were in perfect shape, however 3 of them had some dings and imperfections. One of them had a loose piece on the inside of the lid that will need to be glued tight. The hygrometers were all at various levels of high humidity, so I'm not sure if that's due to storage or if they're broken. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.”

“Looks awesome. One thing I would say is that in the pictures, it looked like the boxes came with some confetti looking stuff? Almost straw-like-paper? Not sure what it was, but I thought that was going to come with it. Other than that, y'all did great. Thanks!”
