The product itself isn’t bad. I paid for the priority processing and it still took weeks for my order to reach production. The initials on one particular item I ordered all seemed to be upside down on all of that particular item that I ordered. Customer service sure was helpful after all of the problems that occurred, so that is a plus.

All my items came delivered promptly. One item had the wrong initials on it and all I had to do was contact the customer service number and the item was reorder at the company’s expense and it also was promptly delivered. I’m very please with the items and the service.

Still have not received my groomsman gifts, wedding was Friday, the tracking info they gave says it’s been sitting In Atlanta since May 25th, reached out multiple times to see what is going on and all I get back in a reply is a tracking number which does me no good. Not happy at all with the experience, hopefully my gifts will show up.

I have not received the merchandise as of today and they can not be reached by phone. my order was paid for on may 15th. I am very concerned.

I can't review my product because it was package terribly and I received an empty envelope not the piece I ordered... it has been over 2 months and no product..

I made one order of personalized decanters and one was broken. They did promptly send a replacement. I made another order of a decanter and the stopper was missing. I emailed them and they said they'd send a replacement but never did. I followed up and they said they had sent the replacement 10 days before I even emailed them. Unorganized and sloppy shipping.

2/8 decanters arrived at destination either broken or cracked. One decanter arrived in a separate box without a matching top

Well they didn’t come in time for the wedding today and still haven’t come. Apparently have been in production for some time so not sure where they are or why I would write a review before receiving them. Needless to say very dissatisfied.

Terrible terrible terrible. I’ve ordered gifts almost a month before our wedding. They still haven’t arrived and the wedding has passed. They offered me a refund of 50% off, and applied it to a card that I told them is no longer valid (and they completely disregarded me telling them that). It took forever to speak with a representative about this matter, and even then, their emails have always been delayed. Terrible company, it is a scam. Save your money and use it on a company that believes in customer focus.

Messed up my order. Emailed them to fix it. Had to call them back over a week later to get details on it. They sent me the same incorrect order again . Communication was mediocre. Attention to detail is very poor. Product is okay.

I made a purchase on April 12th for my best man because he was leaving towards the end of May. It has been well over a month and we are about to hit two months, and I haven’t had any updates since I made my purchase. I was so disappointed when he left and it still didn’t arrive. Definitely would not recommend.

This has been some of the worst customer service. My items were shipped on 5/11/21, and its 6/1/21 and I still do NOT have my products! When I asked GroomsShop to look into where my items were on 5/26/21, they did (which was great), but when the courier couldn't give a better answer than what the tracking information said (which hasn't been updated since 5/21/21), they didn't do anything about it. They said that they would give me a refund if I didn't have the items by 6/4/21 when our wedding is 6/5/21. They didn't offer to send new ones with a rush delivery. They said they would send my complaints up the chain because they take customer reviews seriously. I can't judge the product quality because I don't have any products to review.
