I am trying to get deals I've lost due to lockdown ie 4 x cocktails for one up .3 deals for Chippy doon the lane and refund for 3 rugs I returned ...I am a 78 year old disabled pensioner and had to self isolate for 14 weeks ..please assist me

I ordered from Groupon in May of 2020 and have not received my purchase as of 7/2020. Groupon want me to purchase something else. I want my money back and they refuse to give it back. When they withdrew the money from my account, they did not tell me if not in stock you will not get your money back. I would have not purchased anything knowing I can not get my money back. Why are they taking advantage of consumers? You can not talk to anyone, emails take days for a respond. Groupon is a fraud with taking consumers hard earned money.

This is the worst company I have deal with! They have no real reprecentatives, their ticketing system is self resoving without providing solution. I DO NOt recomend doing any bussiness with them. Total fraud! Will sell your goods and you will never see your money!!

I placed an order with Groupon which didn’t arrive but DHL sent me a text saying parcel delivered, sons at home & say nothing has artived. Over a week now & Groupon are making excuses for not refunding me. The latest is for my card details which I can see clearly on my account but they keep insisting that it’s not there and I need to put it on. What are they up to, what’s wrong with the card I have given you Groupon or is there not enough money on it for you to scam me? Don’t trust Groupon they’re a bunch of crooks.

This is the most shitty and con online company. the Groupon select is the biggest scam in its period. Do not sign up for it for its shitty offers and you'll have to do a theseis on finding a way to cancel the shitty membership. Shame on you Groupon

I requested a refund on item mistakingly ordered within minutes and was told refund had expired,very discusted with service,will not recommend to anyone a rip-off!😣

Groupon gets no stars from me. I only put the 1 star because,in order to do the review I have to rate you. I did not pay you in groupon buck, I want my money back. How dare you issue me groupon buck for items that I paid my ard earned money for The 2 massages was cancel by you on 7/15/20 by not me . The entire world s affected by covid-19. I have not worked since 3/13/20 and me buying those massages was for peace. Then I order flower for my mom's birthday on 7/10/20 for 7/12/20. The flowers never came. The flower company has issued a full refund of the extra money that I paid. But groupon is issuing nothing. Groupon should be a shame. They when I reach out to customer service, no one is available because of covid-19.Well I have nothing but time and will email/ skype/text/snapchat/facebook the world and vent about groupon until I get my money. I will also sue.

Appauling customer service! When l contacted Groupon re several vouchers that had expired during lockdown, l was offered credits. Only after accepting, did l realise that l had been charged, without any prior notice! Only Groupon could benefit from Covid 19!

I ordered an item and was told on two occasions that it would definitely arrive. When I contacted customer services to determine what had happened one employee was very rude, the others did not provide me with any information, just ultimatums. It’s now over a month since I placed my order. In these difficult times, with remote working, I understand that it may be tricky for businesses however honesty and transparency would be a far better option to build customer relations.

They have sent me the wrong item and Impossible to contact anyone there! I have clicked on for a refund & to send it back but it says I’m not eligible as it’s too late to send back! But I have just received it! I wish I had read all the reviews first. I will never use Groupon again! What you order is not necessarily what you get. Extremely disappointed!

Don't purchase from Groupon. They have completely lost my trust. I purchased 255 dollars in vouchers. They are not refunding my money even though the voucher was extended for use due to covid and then the retailer had the employee quit. Everyone else is struggling through this viral pandemic but yet GROUPON STILL GOT THEIR MONEY! NEVER AGAIN!

Customer Support is an honest to god shamble, their business model is based on false stock advertisement to lock you in a credit BS pyramid scheme. Only use paypal as I am guaranteeing you a refund in the future if you use this service. P.S. I am taking a time out of my busy day to give them a scolding on EVERY review website.

DO NOT USE GROUON. They refused to give me a refund for a service that was canceled by the company themselves, despite me asking for a refund the day after I purchased it and their policy of a guaranteed refund if requested within 3 days of purchase. This was a $300 purchase. Their reasoning is so that you can "support local businesses" instead of receiving a refund. This is interesting because individuals cannot support businesses if they themselves do not have money for luxury. Your money is better off being spent with the company themselves. Many times the companies will honor groupon prices if you purchase directly through them instead.

They will not refund my money as items came broken and gave me “Groupon bucks” I have asked over 100000 times for them to put that money into my account and they keep avoiding it, and finding excuses , it’s getting a joke now

I purchased a deal for brunch at Sign of the Whale which cost $30.73 and THE RESTAURANT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED and I can't use the Groupon through no fault of my own and Groupon wants to offer me $30.73 in GROUPON BUCKS and I requested a REFUND IN THE FORM OF ORIGINAL PAYMENT. WHY IS GROUPON STILL SELLING DEALS FOR THIS RESTAURANT AND ITS CLOSED.

Dealing More than 20 days to get my money back, from some return, they received the product on June 5, and still waiting for my money on top there's no way to contact by phone costumer service only via chat. And literary they do nothing. Be aware of this company They are Scheme. No profesionales and products has no quality. No use this app anymore after few year using it.

I would like to give a zero star on Groupon. Place my order and after more than a week, it is still in process, and they charge my credit card already. So that they can use my money while the item is not shipped. I have read lot this kind scam before. They are simply use the customer's money and who knows whether they have the item or not. The worst thing, they offer refund Groupon bucks rather than credit back to credit card. I smell a scammer here.
