order was supposed to delivery today via fedex. shipper created label but have not shipped, nobody at groupon willing to contact vendor/shipper to see what's going and get a date. on chat i was told i could get a refund, but when i told them to cancel all my orders they said i couldn't get a refund.. no human to call and discuss issue, worst customer service ever, do NOT buy goods thru groupon, said it would be 3 days for someone to contact me...

I lost 3 boxes totaling $ 600 and I was never able to communicate with groupon. Impossible to find a way to have a solution. They do not have a Phone Number and the email do not work. Be careful if you ask for something because if you lose it, there is no one to solve it

Groupon said free shipping and then redirected me to another site that charged me shipping at A&B Home fashions. Neither one of them are taking accountability and I have taken screenshots.

There website said free delivery. I was re directed to another site and charged delivery and then they conversations we had were it is their fault...no their fault with A&B home fashion. No one taking accountability. So groupon basically falsely advertised free shipping and do not hold themselves accountable

I have bought a few things from here and it's all so cheaply made. I believe most of the stuff they sell you can buy off wish. Very very cheaply made. So disappointed.

Groupon advertised a product as free delivery and once I purchased it, there was a delivery fee charged.

I purchased 3 tickets to the blue Man group. Groupon offered a 'select a date' option & I chose the date January 5th. as soon as I purchased it said that the tickets expire and one week exactly on December 8th. Unable to go on that day I contacted Groupon & they were completely unwilling to help. They would not give me a refund nor would they even simply change the date. I have been completely RIPPED OFF of a LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. Not worth the energy to save a few dollars. Just purchase through the merchant itself.

Accidently clicked twice for $450 tickets at the Gaylord in Nashville. No way to contact Groupon to cancel second group of tickets. They are impossible to cancel from day 1 avoid all contact. They need to go out of business. Terrible company and a major reason not to trust some start up online sites

We'll just had an answer finally from Groupon,I can send my towel bale back and have Groupon credit,what the hell for I won't be using this site again,but the catch is if I answer the email from them,I agree to receive the credit, unless I answer the email to find out how to get the return label I'm stuck with them. Catch 22 situation. If you value your sanity, keep well away.

Ordered towel bale, supposed to be luxury,they stink,I'm try to send them back,but just going around in circles , according to the site the item is too big to be given a printable label and to contact customer support Getting the feeling they have gone home early

Ordered an activity that specified it took place in 5 locations, when the confirmation email arrived it said it only took place in Cardiff!!! Was then informed that they wouldn’t refund any money, disgusting life of scam artists and thieves

I ordered things online and they sent me 4 messages saying there was an "error" no explanation given, I've tried calling , they dont pick up, left messages, they dont call back, emailed them, they dont reply, never using this site again .

Communication : Not able to contact no one by a phone number given 877-788-7858 told to go on Groupon and chat. I ordered 3 bamboo cutting boards ordered 1 and when I was told I couldnt order the other 2. To bad i was told nothing they could do after 3 days. ( Spoke to manager and now they said they will give me a credit) I also ordered 2 x a Cargo mat. It was sent TAN not Black first time they gave me credit less the 10 credit I was told to reorder and they charged me full price. I was told they could not issue me another credit.

made a reservation for 1 night, groupon charged me for 2 reservations, when i contacted customer suport live chat where I spoke with Vinod K., who not only told me that he really didnt have to fix the problem but also argued with me even tho I have proof this was a error on groupon's behalf, I will never in life use groupon for anything else & by the way, why the hell do you have a live chat if no one can actually help & all they do is put you on hold & transfer you from person to person who cant really help. Real life crooks who take pleasure in stealing peoples money.

I purchased a Groupon for BJ's a few months ago. I went to redeem it at BJ's, and they said they applied it to my membership. They did not my membership expired this month. I emailed Groupon customer service they said they showed it redeemed. The problem is Groupon dose not have a live customer service phone number, and you can't communicate with them using a phone like most other companies. They claim they have a live chat but it's nowhere to be found on their web site. This is the WORST customer support ever.

Bought a three pack of leggings from there that never turned up, contacted their customer service team who told me to wait as the items had been shipped, so I waited, then contacted again to get the same message and again and again. Asked for a refund, they refused. Asked to speak to a supervisor, apparently the supervisors do not own phones. Ridiculous, So now i've lost out on money which I wont get back despite it being consumer law. Rung their office number and the office is always closed. AVOID this company its absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers. I should have realised sooner as i's ordered two other items from there, one was a white duvet set which was so so thin and when it arrived it smelt bad and had dark marks on it, the other a pair of earrings one of which is faulty and the back doesnt close. So the warning signs were there. My advice: Avoid groupon and stay safe while shopping online.

I spent money on arborvitae trees that never arrived. I contacted customer service several times and all they ever do is tell you to call them back or email in a few days because they have ZERO information. I waited and waited only to hear they items are in transit and they have no information. The rep said maybe they sold out. They don’t know anything. An extremely frustrating experience and tied up my money. Really disgusted with the customer service and lack of information. Also it was my burden to keep checking back. What a joke. Never received items

would give zero starts if I could. Great price but rubbish service all round. Incredibly frustrating and I still haven't recieved my item. Will never use groupon again
