vintage hairdressers the worsted hair cut i have ever had it is all uneven will have to let it grow before i can go somewhere else to have it done properly they want crossing of your list it gives your company a bad name

After purchasing the lunch buffet at Bukhara , Indian fine foods , I felt compelled to write a review. To begin with I should come t on the other reviews which are approx 50 percent good and bad. I should have taken notice of the bad reviews as there is always an element of truth to a bad review. On entering at 12.30 there was only one other customer. The waiter was too busy on the phone to welcome us let alone seat us. The buff3t was not even remotely close to any pictures on website and was limited to 2 non vegan and three vegan choices all of which tasted similar . Old rice that has not even been warmed was disgusting. Bad food , bad service and hopeless buffet choices made for a bad experience . I expected much more. No recommendation from me.

Item not delivered on time. Tracking option shows still being processed yet online chat says will be delivered tomorrow. Should have been delivered Monday then they changed the date to today, now tomorrow. Customer service is not in this country and they simply read generic answers from their screen. Never again

Disgusting company with no values. I purchased a KARCHER 4K pressure washer. There was no reference to it being a REFERBISHED ITEM. I have screen shots to prove it. £122 36% off compared with Argos it said!! I paid through PayPal and of course PayPal provide the address for the seller. Days later I wondered why it had not arrived so I checked the tracking which advised that parcel force didn’t have enough of the address to deliver the item. Groupon had missed off the first 2 lines of the address! I took a look at My Orders on the groupon page and noticed that REFERBISHED had been added to the details on my order. Both the screen shot of the original advert and my invoice emailed by groupon made no reference to the item as REFERBISHED!!! I imidiatly contacted PayPal to report a claim and contacted Parcelforce and instructed them to return the item to the sender. I also contacted Groupon with my findings and complaints! PayPal have been amazing, Parcelforce did as instructed and Groupon couldn’t be bothered to respond however they did change the advert adding REFERBISHED to the item! Groupon did finally email 2 days later offering Groupon credit £122!!!!!!!! Why would I accept that as under distant selling your entitled to a full refund provided you notify the seller within 14 days. I received a second email advising my request had been passed to payments team but no apologies for the deceitful underhand and downright illegal behaviour from Groupon! Pay Pal have closed the case in My favour and are issuing a full refund. I WILL NEVER USE GROUPON AND WOULD URGE NO ONE ELSE! If I could have I would have given ZERO star rating!

Groupon is a disgusting company. We purchased a voucher and the merchant was unable to vlidate it therefore advised that Groupon will be refundig. The amount in question here is £275. We've been calling them weekly for months now and they keep making excuses of 'we had your incorrect account details' or 'the money is still pending ' or ' it should be going in in a few days'. It's been months now . Will be taking legal action because this is appalling and will never buy from Groupon again. My friends and family have headed our advice and not purchased anything since.

Absolutely dreadful company, bought a voucher for my birthday at a spa that me and my boyfriend were travelling to. I booked the spa and it was cancelled last minute. Tried to ask groupon for my money back or to change this to a spa thats closer to us. And they said this isnt possible. So upset that my birthday spa weekend was ruined and groupon refuse to exchange money back for this or help change the location. Waste of money. Would not recommend wasting your time or money with their vouchers.

Trying to get a refund on a simple newspaper subscription. I've done all the legwork to no avail! This has been going back and forth for over a month. I'm done and will NEVER use Groupon again!

If I could give Groupon UK 5 negative stars I would. I purchased and non refundable hotel reservation with them for 4 days. I had to cancel my hotel stay due to a death in the family. I even offered to show them Proof as well and they still refused to cancel it. I honestly wouldn’t never book anything with them again

I never received a mattress ordered. I did a Paypal Resolution and they never responded to Paypal. They emailed me saying they will refund me if the Paypal Resolution is closed. It ran the 28 days and closed. I asked Groupon to honour their pledge. Tonight I got and e mail starting with this statement "We never got the mattress returned to us" and offered tokens for the £259 pounds. They are a bit suspect in their logic and general morality. Paypal don't come out of this well either. The irony is that this was ordered on a "Pay on Delivery basis. Steer well clear of this company!!!

Such a waste of time and money plus too much stress!! Very quick on taking payments but items not delivered.i ordered an item,paid,waited...waited...and waited.then i was told that it will be delivered soon.following week,still not delivered.contacted them, then i was told that item was already delivered...damn.so i was offerred a refund by a rude agent on live chat. Refund will be processed in 5-7 days so i will not be ale to use my money until it comes back in my account.

Items arrived all smashed up so refused to accept the order after waiting in a full day for delivery. Tried to get them to reorder it but instead only option was a refund which would take up to 14 days . After having to ring twice, the representative had very broken English so struggled to understand her

I ordered a Hoover floor cleaner It has NEVER worked. I tried working with Hoover to see if we could get it working. They sent me new chargers to charge the battery, still not working. Then Hoover said it could be the battery, they said to send them the battery at my cost when they got the bad battery they would send another one. I said no thanks. I have been trying to return this floor cleaner to Groupon, and can't get anywhere with them. They don't care about keeping customers or doing right by them. I will be deleting my app, and will never use them again. Also will be spreading my story all over social media, and warning everyone, DO NOT order from Groupon

They overcharged me and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone online-worst customer service I've ever experienced. Doesn't matter how many reviews you do-nobody will EVER contact you. Please do not ever use GROUPON unless you want to be frustrated beyond belief!!!

I refuse to ever again purchase or work with any company that does not offer 'real' person customer support. I guess Groupon got rid of their actual real person phone support because they were having too many complaints. That should tell us something. No matter, I refuse to talk anymore to any company that does not offer the same respect back to me of a real person to converse. To me that says they are just there to collect our money and not care about our concerns. Way not cool Groupon!

For the past 2 days, I have been trying to purchase 4 tickets for a Naples Sunset Cruise - Pure Naples. My first attempt was when Groupon advertise 50% off and after 30min with Customer Support assistance we gave up on making a purchase that evening and left it at trying again tomorrow using 25% off with Groupon bucks that worked out to $23.50. On our second attempt the next day again, we had trouble making the purchase. The customer support person also gave up and has referred our situation to another department. In the meantime, we went directly to the provider for the item and completed the purchase. We honestly won't be shopping Groupon or referring others until such time Groupon gets their act together.

I ordered placed on the 9th and my goods arrived on the 11th, half of it was smashed up and hanging out of the box, the driver suggested I send it back and customer service (CS) would contact me . Today is 14th, I called every day and their CS dont speak English, I've used their email service and they are not responding , very frustrating ....as the are resellers one can only judge them on their delivery, telephone and email service....they responded to 1 of my 5 emails, 0 of the 4 telephone calls ...therefore I rate them 1/10 very very poor

DO NOT ORDER FROM GROUPON!!!! They have the worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with in my lifetime. Bunch of workers that don’t know what the hell they are doing, can NEVER resolve the issue. They have you waiting on hold for ages for management which is NEVER available. They NEVER get back to you via emails. There services are appalling and the trading standards really need to look into this company and re-consider them even being allowed to sell. I purchased a bed from groupon with a missing part, I instantly called up groupon to let them know so this issue could be resolved as I had thrown my old bed away & would now have to sleep on the floor, baring in mind I am currently 5 months pregnant, which this whole issue has stressed me causing me to have further health problems, I stressed this to groupin numerous of times which they did not take into consideration at all. So anyway the first time I’ve called up I was told that it will take within 7 days for them to redeliver. Within this time because I’ve realised groupings customer services is so rubbish I kept calling up to see the progress of this. 7 days passed & was told the merchant doesn’t want to send the missing part so the supervisor took over & told me to forward pictures of the parts I’ve recieved for the bed so she can send over to the merchants. Done this was waiting another few days which made it 2 weeks since the bed was first delivered. Hadn’t received no emails/phonecalls nothing so called up again to be told again even after looking at the pictures I forwarded over the merchant still doesn’t want to send missing part. The staff over at customer service are rude, they hung up on me numerous times & gave me empty promises. I was told 3 times I will be given groupon credit for the inconvience which I’ve never received. Now I am awaiting a refund, which I’m completely frustrated about as I have no bed, pregnant & will now have to go through the trouble of purchasing another bed. This company has caused me so much grief, stress & problems & they don’t care at all, they deal with you really bad & I think something needs to be done about it seriously!

I have used Groupon for MANY years! You used to be able to call and talk to customer service to resolve an issue and all was good. Now, you cannot get in touch with a person, chat is rarely available, they give no response to the emails I sent.... It is AWFUL!!! I will not, CANNOT, order from Groupon anymore because I cannot risk the problems I had with my last order (they sent TWO items, not one (a $426 credit card charge), and it was the WRONG COLOR and there is NO ONE to resolve the issue). If they start answering the phone again, I will start ordering again.
