“Bought a phone through them. The second I made my last payment to keep the device my battery started bulging. Tried making last payment to keep my Alienware PC on May 6th and it told me to contact customer service to keep the device, but the chat is no longer available in the US so I emailed them and they told me they can process the last payment to keep the device but they already took the payment automatically on the due date after May 6 when I tried contacting them about it. Now I'm just waiting for them to get back to me after letting them know the last payment was made automatically. Not a good experience with these purchases.”
