“this company is the best, I recently ordered a 4L Remo bloom and it was banged up in delivery. I sent a couple of pics not expecting a response I was surprised by a phone call. now there was no leak and I was able to use the product and they still gave me a refund. I was blown away very professional and will be useing GrowDaddy all the way.”

“Haven't used the fertilizer products from the order yet but I've used them all before. I already know they work great. I was however pleased with not only how quickly the order arrived to my rural residence, but all the little surprises inside my pkg. Thanks GrowDaddy! Much appreciated.”

“They arrived quickly and in good shape. There was a bit of confusion with shipping on another order I had made before this one BUT I later found out it was due to a medical incident. I discovered this when they called to explain and profusely apologized. All in all, they did a great job owning the issue and making sure everything was corrected.”

“I made an order and after a few days I still never received any shipping dates or info, I sent an email to see what was going on. They personally called me a few days after and explained how they were short-staffed, and apologized about the delay. when the order came they put in a bunch of free sawg(t-shirt, magazine, a few products, stickers). To actually call me and apologize is UNHEARD nowadays. The nutrients were very well packaged and sealed up caps. GREAT company and on the east coast too. Very happy will shop again there.”
