“To everyone doing their due diligence and research on whether they should join or not, I can confirm this is a SCAM.
I have paid them 4,000 GBP to get the full "done-for-you" store (they called this the "founders package"), which is supposed to include everything from A-Z.
I have signed a contract with a clause for a money-back guarantee that if we don't find a winner (defined as 4-5-6 figures per month in sales) or if I have spent more than 2,000 GBP in marketing without making a profit, within 3 months, then I am entitled to a full refund.
I was assigned a "manager" called Jan (Can) who was supposed to do everything for me, from setting up the store, paying ads on social media, customer support, sales, fulfilment, etc....
However, after the first few days, you realised that the level of service that is provided is not going to make you any money back because it is simply barely basic.
To explain, they gave me a very basic store, which was re-imported from a template they use, which they call a "winning template". Just so that you know what level I am talking about, my store is: rexella shop dot com
Although they claim that they do not have multiple clients selling the same product and they keep it unique, this was a lie because on one of my calls, I found out that I was selling in the UK market the exact same product on exactly the same time as another one of their clients, only they were "testing" it in the US market (I knew the other person was their client because my assigned manager screenshare their store to me and on a moment I saw the same product in their inventory so I questioned it and then they told me they are running "parallel testing").
The way that they were running the paid ads was by scraping a random video (just one though, they couldn't bother doing the extra mile), and they were using the very same video (I don't believe they edit this at all to even remove anything from the original/scrapped) and they were setting up very basic campaigns on TikTok which were burning the ads budget and they were not even willing to stop the campaign dispute all the metrics showing this product is not selling. And when you tried to explain why keep this campaign on, they were being defensive and telling me that they "know how to do their job".
I get that the strategy is to test multiple products before you can find your winner however, the quality of how things were done was a guarantee for a failure, even if you had a good product at a good price.
Messages were coming from clients in the mailbox, and they never responded to any of them (remember, customer support was included in my package), and I had to chase them constantly and ask why they hadn't responded. it has been many days since we received the message.
The so-called "private-supplier" is a fulfilment agency, nothing unique. Basically, they are a middleman, and instead of buying from AliExpress, you just buy from them, and they buy from the manufacturer directly (which is the same as AliExpress). The shipping times were 3 weeks, so as you can see, no real benefit and the prices were pretty much the same.
BUT THE WORST part was when, after 1.5 months, suddenly I was asked to pay a management fee of 230 GBP (they told me that the normal price is 300 GBP, but because I was in the founders package, this is reduced).
To me, this was a surprise because on my pre-sales call I had with Tariq, this cost was never mentioned.
And also in my contract, this was never included, neither implicitly nor explicitly.
Of course, then I had to dispute that requirement, and I was being very reasonable about it, and I was saying, "Show me in my contract where it says that I have to pay this amount, and I will pay".
Their response was "Oh, sorry, Tariq should have mentioned this during your interview call".
I called, SMS texted 5 times, and emailed Tariq demanding an explanation, but he NEVER responded, and he was ignoring me.
Then they passed me to a "senior manager" called Bar, who was supposedly talking to his "leadership team" about this, and after 1 month of back and forth, he said to me that I MUST pay the management fee or they will stop running my store.
Which is when I started asking for my refund because basically, at this point, we have reached the end of my 3-month threshold, by which, if I have not hit my sales target, I am entitled to a full refund.
Then they passed me to yet another "senior manager" called "Darwin", who is just a virtual assistant based in Dubai, and he is denying that I am entitled to any refund, and he is asking me to pay the "management fees"
At this moment, I have just started taking legal action against them, and I will report them to all the relevant channels.
I have found out several other individuals who have been SCAMMED in pretty much the same way.
And after talking with the other individuals, I have found that they are refusing to give them a refund, and if you post any bad reviews against their company, they will try to make you remove it one way or another (so far I have seen them either threaten you with a counterclaim, or they may offer you a partial refund if you have posted a video, or they will report it as "fake review") but all and all they are dishonest people.
Not a single one of them I have spoken to so far was ever any descent.
And it seems that as a tactic, they are intentionally spending on paid ads an amount which is LESS than the minimum amount stated in your contract under the money back guarantee section.
This is because they want to use the excuse of "oh you didn't spend enough on ads and therefor you are not entitlented to any refund".
Also because of the hidden "management fees" and after they prematurely stop their services, they want to claim that because YOU stopped the service, you are not entitled to a refund.
I have confirmed that the same shady tactics was used in other people asking for refund.
If any of you feel that you need more proof, I am more than willing to jump on a call with you and show you everything via screen share. THIS MUST STOP.

“WARNING: My Experience with Aadam Akram & Growth Commerce Ltd
I want to publicly share my experience with Growth Commerce Ltd, operated by Aadam Akram, so others can make informed decisions.
I joined in November 2024, while I was still a student living in the UK. Prior to signing up, Aadam persistently messaged me on Instagram, asking for a £50 deposit to secure my spot. After I explained my financial limitations as a student, he agreed to let me start with £1,000. Only now, after reading countless other reviews, have I realised this is their pattern — they extract whatever amount they can from each individual.
After I posted about my experience in a review, the team pressured me to take it down in exchange for a partial refund — which they never delivered. When I refused to stay silent, they threatened me with defamation claims. As a young woman and student, I felt intimidated and deleted my review out of fear. Aadam even emailed me personally, claiming it was a "legal warning" — just for posting the truth.
Let’s be clear: Their service wasn’t worth even £100. The customer care was appalling. I was passed around from person to person — Darwin, Sajid, Agit, Aadam — each contradicting the other, none offering real support. It became clear that deception is built into their business model.
They never disclosed the ongoing monthly fees — which they continue to charge regardless of whether your store is making money. It turns out their business relies heavily on these hidden subscription charges, from which they earn commissions.
I had a serious medical condition during this time and needed urgent surgery. When I asked for my money back to help cover costs, they showed zero empathy. Instead of offering assistance, they told me to seek emergency help while they stalled and misled me further. The constant stress delayed my surgery, all while they continued to lie. It was Ramadan, and I was in pain — their treatment of me was absolutely inhumane.
At one point, they acted as if they were running a major operation, telling me things were “under process,” when in reality, they have no actual systems in place. What they are truly running is the Ministry of Scam and Lies.
Since I’ve relocated outside the UK, I am no longer intimidated by their legal threats. I have no properties or ties in the UK, and they’re welcome to pursue whatever false legal action they like. I have saved every call, chat, email, and voice message as proof. And now, I’m speaking up again — loudly and clearly.
They even accused me of posting negative reviews before I joined, which is laughable — how could I review something I hadn’t experienced yet? This was just another scare tactic to silence me.
Their Trustpilot and website reviews are fabricated, bought through platforms like Reviews io website. These reviews are paid for to create a false image of their business. Meanwhile, real voices like mine — and those of many others — have been ignored, threatened, and silenced.
I am now preparing to report Aadam Akram to US/UK and UAE legal authorities (as he is reportedly residing there), and I urge every victim to do the same. Report your cases to each of the Cybercrime and Commercial Fraud departments, and consider sharing your stories with BBC News, Gulf News, and other press outlets.
If you're reading this and have been affected, know this: You are not alone. These people use intimidation to keep victims silent — but that ends here.
If you’ve been scammed, speak up. The more voices, the stronger our case.
If someone uploads genuine review they threaten them for defamation and whoever posts fake reviews to get their partial refund they consider that real they asked me to post fake 5 star review to get my partial refund.
And now even not sending because I didn't upload that.
they sent me wrong contract. Which same they sent to other victims of 13k payment 5k payment
They didn't sent me any contract later on they sent Me wrong contract they do not even know what they're doing when I said I'll post this in videos they apologised that we,sent wrong contract
How could one be so irresponsible to send someone else's contract to other person
And provided same services in different prices. They are scammers just grabbed money from people. And threatened me when I was sick
Furthermore they apologised after .months to provide me course when my store is closed now they ll say everything was clear
They kept the monthly subscription thing hidden they kept lying. They are actually getting commission from our monthly subscription otherwise they don't have knowledge and don't know anything”
“The merchant, Mr. Akram, perpetuates online mass marketing fraud with a wake of victims banding togehter. Mr. Akram demonstrated a clear lack of ethical standards. Mr. Akram pushed me to borrow currency I did not have in reserve to finance a business franchise opportunity without caring if I defaulted on the loan. Merchant did not provide the service as agreed and did not honor their written money-back Guarantee. Nov 26th I was notified that the store manager I was working with from Mr. Akram’s agency was removed because of the poor service provided, which was not as advertised. My agreement was contingent on the store manager providing quality services as advertised and not being removed from the agency due to poor performance and lack of skill and care. Because the manager left the agency and did not communicate their intentions or departure with me. I was left in the dark as I frantically asked for a communication channel to be re-established. Other wise I would have followed the managers' recommendations. But the manager jumped ship and sounded the alarms of this scam. After paying a significant amount for their service, I received:
A low-quality dropshipping store with no value;
No support or results;
Hidden fees for management and advertising;
Complete lack of transparency;
Refusal to issue a refund;
Broken promises and zero accountability.

“I am writing this review to formally warn others about Growth Commerce Ltd (Company Number: 13614901, UK) and its director Aadam Akram, who are at the center of a growing pattern of fraudulent activity. They will claim monies were spent, but that was not the contract. The contract was to have a successful product or your money back. They had money back guarantee.
I engaged with this company under the impression—based on their marketing—that they offered a done-for-you e-commerce business built by "verified 8-figure experts." They claimed not to be a dropshipping service and assured me of profitability. These claims turned out to be entirely false.
After paying a significant amount for their service, I received:
A low-quality dropshipping store with no value;
No support or results;
Hidden fees for management and advertising;
Complete lack of transparency;
Refusal to issue a refund;
Broken promises and zero accountability.
Despite repeated efforts to resolve the matter, communication was delayed or ignored entirely. I have exhausted all opportunities to settle this professionally and have now initiated legal action under UK civil and consumer protection laws (including the Fraud Act 2006 and Misrepresentation Act 1967).
I am in direct communication with UK law firms to pursue this through the courts and have been in contact with other victims who have experienced identical patterns of deception. These include individuals such as Sabawoon Nezami, Abdul Bic, Oliver, Montana, James Good, and others whose cases reflect a coordinated, systematic fraud.
If you are also a victim, I strongly encourage you to take action and coordinate with others. I am organizing a formal complaint and legal submission and will also be meeting with authorities and media in London.”
“This Company is a Complete Scam – Avoid at All Costs
I want to make it clear: Growth Commerce Ltd, run by the director, is a fraudulent company that misleads and scams customers from start to finish.
Before I invested, they lied about their services and hid critical costs despite me asking multiple times. I have audio recordings that prove they deliberately withheld important information to manipulate me into paying. They pushed me hard to invest, promising a profitable future, but once they got my money, everything changed. Communication stopped completely. I tried multiple times to resolve the issues, but they simply ignored me. The moment I paid, their commitment to customer service vanished.
They’ve been dodging accountability by using the excuse of “management fees” to justify why they stopped delivering the service. However, their own managers told me that the service would be suspended until the store turned a profit — a promise that was clearly never kept. Worse, they lied about the ad spend, trying to pass it off as an additional fee. I’ve got all the evidence to back up these claims.
One of their managers was so confident that the store would succeed within the first month that they promised me everything would turn around. But when the store failed to perform, they had no backup plan and no solutions. They misrepresented their services from the beginning, and now they’re trying to weasel out of responsibility.
The excuse they gave about not paying the management fee is laughable because they promised me that fee would be waived — another lie. They’ve stolen my hard-earned money and now refuse to refund me. Once they have your money, you’re ignored. I gave them every opportunity to make it right, but nothing changed.
I am writing to formally address the unacceptable partial refund that was offered after 11 months of being misled, misinformed, and enduring constant broken promises and hidden costs. After being led to believe that I was investing in a legitimate service, I was left with nothing but excuses and a service that failed to deliver. The offer to compensate me with an incomplete refund, after all the time wasted and the poor service provided, is absolutely unjustifiable.
Most importantly, I have everything documented — from audio recordings to chat logs. These are backed up and will be used as evidence in legal action. I have strong documentation of false promises and misleading statements made by your team.
Your actions constitute multiple breaches of contract and violations of consumer protection laws under the Sales of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act in the US, which protects against fraudulent and misleading advertising. The services were substandard and misleading, failing to meet the promises made during the sale.
I am aware that I am not alone in this situation. After communicating with other victims, it’s clear that many customers have faced similar issues: hidden fees, misleading sales tactics, and broken promises. We are all in communication to pursue legal action collectively, and we have gathered substantial evidence to support our case in court.
They desperately beg you to join, offering free trials and empty promises because they know how many people they’ve scammed already. The director, is a liar with no shame. He’s already been flagged on Instagram, and I’ve received numerous screenshots from other customers who have shared their horror stories. Their reviews on Reviews.io are bought and fake. You’ll find nothing but fake praise on their website — they actively pay for positive reviews to cover up their deception.
DO NOT TRUST GROWTH COMMERCE LTD. They will take your money, make false promises, and leave you stranded. I am fighting for a full refund and will continue to share everything I have until justice is served. Their lies will not go unpunished. Expose them, report them, and fight for what's right.”
Hi Adz,
We apologize for your experience with us, however this is simply not true. The issues/misunderstanding that occurred upon your signing up were addressed with us covering your ad spend for the first month, which you agreed to. You then refused to pay management fees (which were in your signed contract). We are a business that need these fees in order to operate and ensure everyone is paid, a failing to pay agreed upon management fees will lead to a ceasing of the service. Hope you understand.
