“The ordering process was easy and the pricing was great. The customer service at the Croydon branch let it down. I was kept waiting for so long I was doing an online order with a competitor as my time was not valued. I was served before I could complete this. Very disappointed in this and will make me reevaluate further purchases, price is important to me, but service has to be there too!”

“3 stars are for the parts I paid for, The service at the counter was great, it’s just the pads are squeaking and grinding constantly, it’s sounded like car was broken when I first pulled off and they are still slightly noisy after a week, understand they need bedding in but I never experienced such noisy brakes once fitted on any car I have driven, won’t be buying brembos again.”

“I bought a coil pack along with 4 attached ht leads. When fitted to the car it missfired. The fault was that 2 of the ht leads wouldn't fit tightly on the spark plugs. A new set of ht leads bought from elsewhere fixed the problem.”

“It was all going so well until it got to Evri and it got returned to the depot. A week later I asked for a refund which seemed to be a very smooth process. However I was told it would’ve been 3-5 working days to receive my refund, it’s been 6 days and still no sign.”

“Ordered a rocker gasket and it leaked. Decided to order one more in case it was just faulty and the gasket didn't line up. Went to main dealer who informed me there are two different versions for my car (same brand as GSF supplied) and neither were the ones supplied by GSF. This has never been a problem before as I've used them for many parts. Service is always great though.”
