“The brake pads arrived without a brake wear sensor cable, even though all the pictures show the cable. Even the box shows the wear sensor cable.”

“Wrong battery sent after a 8 day wait despite sending several emails they were all ignored, 3 times I tried phoning and was on hold for between 40 minutes and an hour with nobody answering, in the end I had to take it back to my local store, and now I have been told I will have a 2 to 3 week wait for a refund”

“Can't fault the prices for parts at GSF and the counter staff are really helpful when you need something checking. Only problem I had recently was I paid for next day delivery on a glow plug which was out of stock locally. It only arrived 4 days later but I think this was more Evri at fault than GSF.”

“Battery arrived 6 days after ordering, even allowing for the weekend it was at least 2 days late! Didn't enjoy walking to work in the rain for TWO extra days because I couldn't start the car. Don't mislead customers by saying Deliveries by dates you don't make!!!!”

“The shop is great, but I cannot buy everything in our shop. I planned to replace all wheels brake pads and discs from the Brembo brand. I purchased only the front set, and the rear set I bought from Eurocarpats, Anyway, the price was great and the next-day delivery was as promised.”
