Slow response. Items went missing. Had to chase. No apology. When replacement items arrived after being chased, there were parts missing.

Delivered 2 days late & poor communication between GSF & UPS. Told would be delivered Monday but not delivered until Wednesday. if I knew it wouldn't arrive Monday I would have purchased elsewhere as it was needed Monday. Also had tracking messages saying delivering the Friday after I purchased on the Thursday Very poor performance

The brake pads arrived without a brake wear sensor cable, even though all the pictures show the cable. Even the box shows the wear sensor cable.

My order had not been actioned even though the money was taken from my bank. I had to call, the person I spoke to said you woud put it on express delivery, which did not happen. I did get the order eventually.

I ordered two items on a Friday. The tracking system said that they would arrive on Wednesday. Only one item was delivered. It wasn't until I complained to GSF customer service after a 20 minute wait on the phone that I was told that the battery would be delivered the following Monday. About 30 minutes later an email appeared from the courrier saying that they would deliver on Friday. So my battery took a week to come. Not very good.

I needed a new car battery and ordered a replacemnt from GF Car Parts at a good price. GSF itself semed fine with the god sayng they had been shipped within 24 hours. However as we stand now more than a week later and 3 failed promises from UPS that they will deliver and not turning up you cannot help but be dissatisfied with the purchase. Whilst the company itself may be dong a good job that is pointless if the carriers being used are so unreliable, not delivering when promised and constantly changing the time they will arrive. 3 wasted days waitng for UPS to turn up. That also on top of the fact that I have been unable to use my car for all the time I have now been waiting for the delivery.

Parts great and price I paid for next day delivery before the deadline The parts didn’t turn up so I contacted customer service via email to enquire with no response even up to now, parts delivered 3 days later

Ordered from GSF specifically because of the offer of next day delivery. Ended up waiting 4 days (apparently due to a warehouse problem) and having the household down one car for the first part of the working week which was obviously quite inconvenient. Would have ordered elsewhere or gone to collect had I known GSF would be unable to fulfill a next day delivery.

The parts were ordered a week ago and still have not been delivered. Evri seem to be full of excuses as to why they haven't yet managed to deliver. Good job I'm not in a hurry for the parts! In future I will be collecting from my local branch.

Main issue is the battery was not as described on the website, battery power delivered lower than advertised. Currently waiting on GSF to resolve and respond, with either replacement or at least a discount or other form of compensation, a response would be helpful as I cannot currently use the vehicle. Delivery took 7 days not 2-3 as stated this may have been due to DPD who dleivered.

Won't use again because they use Evri. Supposedly 2 day delivery, it finally turned up 8 days later.

One item was missing, and there was lots of trouble to get it sorted. Someone promised me to send me the missing part, but never received the item only when I have contacted you again, the part has been sent.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service I received. My order was mismanaged and because of the time it took to deliver my order, I nearly lost the opportunity for my MOT retest.

Was sent an email as I am on their email list, there was an offer of a free umbrella to the first 250 orders for wiper blades. I ordered a pair, a box large enough to accomodate an umbrella arrived, but there was only a pair of lonely wiper blades in the bottom and no umbrella. I then sent an email to customer services, who have not yet had the decency to respond about it, saying that I had ordered the wiper blades less than 2 hours after receiving the email and found it hard to believe they had taken 250+ orders in that time. To rub more salt into the wound, the next day I get another email with the same offer stating that there are still a few umbrellas left! GSF, you need to wake up and honour your offer, I started to buy my parts from you rather than another supplier, but now will be going back.

GSF CarSharts : Thought I'd use GSF for a change for the purchase of some much needed light bulbs for my Citroen, coming in at a fraction under £25, I decided to order some armorall cleaning materials to take the order over £25 and qualify for free delivery. Unfortunately, when concluding the order and trying to make payment, I was directed to select either £2.99 2-3 day express delivery or £4.99 next day delivery. The aforementioned free p&p was not available and the order could not be placed without paying for postage, even though I'd qualified for it. Needing the bulbs, i paid £2.99 and subsequently waited for the delivery, the 3 days came and went without any delivery, eventually i received an email on the 4th day confirming delivery for the 5th day, which when it arrived was incomplete. I received no correspondence regarding the missing items, no apology, no refund, nothing, so i contacted customer services, who said the items were due direct from the supplier the following day. They failed to materialise, so another call was made to customer services, my order in full was concluded 10 days after the order was placed having qualified for free delivery, but having had to pay for express 3 day delivery. 10 days, to deliver a few bulbs and some sponges, free delivery that you have to pay for having been upsold in the first place and customer services that tell you what you want to hear and then don't email you back as promised.
