Disc and pads good quality and good price but delivery time poor ordered Monday night arrived Saturday

Ordered monday 2 shocks and 2 top mounts for delivery. Only the shocks turned up on expected delivery date of Tuesday. Phoned up to get remainder of order. Thursday 1 of the top mounts arrived. Phoned again, put in next day delivery and got the 2nd mount Friday

While the staff were always polite and courteous, and the errors corrected and refunded without issue, it was a hassle to be sold the wrong part at the wrong price by the online catalogue, to then be told that the correct part was out of stock and unavailable until July... While this is not the fault of GSF per se, it would have been useful if they could have been a little more fourth coming with information given my car make and model, and the fact I was trying to purchase a partfor it. The centre staff at T.wells were very polite and helpful when asking questions, and the return went smoothly, thank goodness. I guess automation and tech isn't fail-proof either. The main concerns were with GSF online catalogue, despite the requirement for car reg, make and model before it offers you a selection of parts. Very disappointing. To reiterate, centre staff and admin staff were excellent, the bots not so much.

Great service etc...but for your information absolutely order online and do click and collect, I got caught out, went to my local GSF store and got the part over the counter £26.88 only to find out if I had ordered it online and went to collect it from the same place it was 45% cheaper !!!! go figure.

All good apart from wrong item delivered. Had to return it to thr branch, I think GSF should pick it up as its their mistake and why should I be inconvenienced even further

Online shopping process was as expected but the item never arrived. Delivery company didn’t attempt to deliver and item was returned so resulted in a lot of lost time. So less than ideal. Ordered part elsewhere in the end.

Good price for my car battery! Though free delivery for orders over £25 didn’t mean a delivery by GSF van on the same day like other competitors do. So unfortunately I had to wait over 24 hours the delivery, when I only life a couple of miles down the road. Had I known this/ been made clear at point of order, I would have collected the item rather than leaving my car unusable for 24 hours.

More sensible pricing policy now as they have ditched the 60% weekly sale discount in favour of competitive prices. Delivery took 3 days though with no meaningful tracking.

I purchased a replacement Yuasa battery for my car. The price was very competitive and the delivery was prompt, being within the allotted time. Unfortunately, despite the courier being a specialised courier for the shipping of batteries, my delivery had signs of electrolyte leakage due to the box not being retained and handled in an upright position as clearly marked on the box. Fortunately, GSF had taken precautions with absorbent pads and thick walled polythene bags to prevent this event causing harm to the handler and adjacent packages. However, it did mean that my battery lost a significant amount of electrolyte and also necessitated the need to wash down the battery casing to make the battery safe to handle and also not to damage my car due to corrosion. The battery was well charged prior to delivery and enabled me to fit to my vehicle without further charging.

Can't fault the service, or the parts, but ... I tried to order a part online where I get free home delivery and 10% discount but informed no parts availabe - so order using click and collect and have to drive a 15 mile round trip and pay four quid more for the part. Seems a$$ about face to me. Oh .. and btw GSF Frome were extremely helpful with a VIN enquiry I made.

Ordered service parts for my vehicle paid the amount due, only to be informed via email several days later that the oil was not either in stock or unavailable however they refunded the cost of the oil, but still delivered the remaining parts e.g oil filter/pollen filter and fuel filter, I would have preferred they refunded the whole lot and I could have gone to another supplier. Really not impressed

I’ve always had excellent service but if you have an item that includes a surcharge (so you have to return an item for exchange), it’s not obvious how to do this. I’ve had to quote my order number on a live chat to be sent return paperwork that looks like I don’t want the new item? No god only knows what will happen . Why don’t you just send out return paperwork with the new item ? Or send an email with the necessary paperwork that can be printed. You are behind your comp
