I ordered my part online and then went to collect in Sharston. The gentleman that served me behaved like it was an inconvenience that I was there! Also when I received the box with my part in, it didn't list my car as one that they fit. I asked the gentleman who served me as I was confused because online it said it fitted my car, I got a shrug and a unwelcome face in response. No offer to help me identify if it was the correct part! Turns out the part was great and a good price, just a shame the experience was spoilt by the guy that served me!

Your discounts are a farce, its sign up and get 20%, first time use 10%, prices with a google search are lower that the site. you just reduce your prices 20% and make silly offers to make it look like its cheaper. you have a one time customer now GSF + caviat emptor

The part price was good. It was ordered on line. The website struggled to deal with my address so I had to use the click and collect service. I wanted to pay for it when I ordered it. As I could not I arranged for a friend the pick it up and ring me for the payment details. The person at the counter said it could not be done and I had the go the the branch, pay for it and pick it up myself. I have been in the motor industry for over 50 years and find this very backward.

I am giving this two stars as whilst the prices are good and placing the order and collection was fine the parts were incorrect. As a result on Sunday when I came to replace the oil filter ansd it was the wrong part, GSF were closed so I ended up running around to get the correct one, it cost me over an hour of my time and I had to pay over the top for the replacement. I then wasted more time taking the wrong part back for a refund. If you are going to show parts based on the registration number, you need to make sure they are correct !

Buying anything from GSF is like bartering in a Turkish baazar . The prices seem to vary from day to day amid a confusion of discounts codes that only partly offset the inflated RRP . Add to that the actual spec of the battery I collected was far below the advertised capacity despite sharing the same label. I was quoted a silly over the counter price for the correct spec before it was reduced to a more realistic but still high level after a challange . The staff are pleasant but they are operating in a business that I don't fully endorse as I want one low price not several limited time offers .

Just slow at the counter, given that the parts were pre-ordered wasn't a great experience also one item turned out not to be available. Prices aren't that great either with the recalculated order without the one item, not even sure the web discount was applied Eurospares frankly offer better service and pricing.

Order was easy & online advice was accurate. Went into branch to pick up my order & the man behind the counter had very little customer care skills. Almost felt like I was interrupting his conversation with somebody in the office.

Ordered part in error,attempted to cancel before dispatch,but heard nothing back from them,now have take a trip to nearest store,which is not easy as I'm unable to drive for 6 weeks,so glad euro car parts are far more contactable and easier to deal with

Cheaper substitute but no invoice price adjustment. Ordered on line for collection in store. Arrived at store and one part could not be located although stock records showed it as existing, An alternative brand was substituted, which I was assured was comparable, as it was also "gold". No price adjustment was offered. When I returned home I noticed that the original brand and associated price was on the receipt, and when I checked on line I could see that the substituted part was cheaper. Wasn't worth the time and effort to return to the store to resolve, but not impressed with this dishonest business practice.

Put items in my basket to collect from my local branch so couldn't add the 20% discount code No offer of a discount from the very friendly staff, so won't be coming back anytime soon
