“Amazing delivery! Ordered on 01/05 from UK and received by 01/12 in U.S.! The candle rings are true to those pictured. The gold roses and red w/gold roses are gorgeous. Would definitely order again and highly recommend.”

“After Placing and paying my order, i was told the company was closed from 3rd Dec - 14th. I was realy quite annoyed as i needed the items that week and was quoted a 3 day delivery I had to source some of the order from somewhere else I tried to cancel the order and it was not possible...i think it should have been made very clear when the company was closed...So close to Christmas!”

Dear Ms Oldknow, We're sorry that, when placing your order on 7th December, the large notice we had placed on the shopping basket and order summary (shown during checkout) between 2nd - 11th December did not draw your attention as intended. In our automated order confirmation email we then invited customers to email us if they required any changes to their orders as a result of this closure. However, not having heard from you we promptly dispatched your order on the 14th (the day we reopened). We apologise that the delay has caused you inconvenience.
