I would like a refund on the tax recovery and service fee. This was not shown anywhere on the reservation nor agreed upon prior to hitting the reserve button.

The online reservation process is very easy and straightforward. Just enter the dates of your stay, select from available rooms, and pay with your card. The last day to cancel with a full refund is also shown at this time, which provides additional peace of mind.

I love Hampton, although I was disappointed that due to the evacuation they did not feel compassionate enough to refund my money for the time I did not stay- and they lost power plus did not have food. I gave them another chance!

I don't like that there is no refund if you are unable to keep your reservation.

I had no problems but I would rather they did not charge the card (because is said by a 3rd party provider) until 24 hrs before reservation so there is not the necessity to refund if cancellation is necessary.
