“Purchased a red dot on Gunbroker. Next day, Gundock cancelled the sale, claiming they listed the wrong item. Gundock lied to Gunbroker that I agreed to cancel the sale, which did not happen. They lied repeatedly throughout the transaction, were rude and insolent. Apparently, they have a history of treating customers badly! Then Blake R, the so called Customer Service Manager, has the audacity to blames me for their errors and lies and then begins name calling. I would never recommend anyone do busines with Gundock. “Ordered 3 boxes of .223 ammo. It was shipped FEDEX Gnd in a reasonable time however the ammo was packaged in a soft plastic envelope and arrived in poor condition. All the ammo boxes were broken open and some loose bullets were banging around inside. This is a very poor way to ship ammo as it should have been shipped in a box with appropriate padding to prevent damage.”
