4 stars is probably a bit harsh, but just to highlight - 3 documents were missing from the pack sent to me, the client. Not a disaster as the problem was solved via e-mail delivery and printing locally.
Obvious solution, just checking outgoing packages.
Otherwise everything smooth and hunky dory.
