“Delivery was fast. Ordered on Friday and had the first delivery on Monday. Messaged the team about the second delivery and they responded really quickly and knew exactly where the next shipment was. Love the gear. It's exactly as described on the site. The home gym has a lot of sweet new gear.”

“I have been buying gym equipment from Gym Direct for my gym PTC HQ since 2009. It is a powerlifting gym where everyone trains heavy. I still have every piece, zero issues, 14 years later. Thank you Gym Direct.”

“Muscle Motion SM1002P Smith Machine + Plate Loaded High Low Pulley I researched a fair bit before purchasing this machine and can confidently say that this is a great value machine. It's sturdy and well-built. For the money, you can't go wrong.”

“Truthfully I wasn't that impressed. I had 1 missed call from Gym direct. I called back within 30 minutes and the gentleman I spoke to had no idea why they called. I then received multiple calls the next day to discuss an issue with the product I purchased. It would have been ideal to sort it out during the initial call back. I also need to return a product. The team took several days to respond and just said ship it back for a refund. Although I asked for a product swap. I get it, but overall the customer experience hasn't been what I'd expect.”
