“Product is awesome and exactly what I hoped for. I was having an issue with delivery (seperate company who I couldn't get on to) and the customer service from gym direct was amazing, He was so helpful and friendly and helped get the problem resolved despite it not being a problem from them rather the delivery company. He did way more than expected to help direct them to the right spot. I really appreciated all the help and support as this was a birthday gift for my partner and he was so happy with the gift and quality too! Thank you to my support person (sorry I've since forgotten your name) again!”

“I bought the Muscle Motion Half rack. I was immediately impressed with the build quality and the finish, great value for a mode It’s stable and rock solid, the weight storage does for my set of plates, and the added band pegs and stable structure mean I can do extra warm up and band work, as well as use bands to aid pull ups etc (Cause my pull ups suck atm). It was not a huge drama to assemble single handed, though having an extra set of hands would make it easier mounting the cross bar/pull-up bar. The only negative, was that the items are loosely packed, the transport had caused one of the major components to shift, with broke open the fastener package and spread washers and nuts throughout the box. Great product, will buy from gym direct again.”

“Product is great. Fast shipping. Appears strong and solid. Only thing is when I opened the box the BOSU ball had a crack in it (the plastic surrounding it), which is a little bit of a bummer.”
