“Quick to take your money. From that point on the whole experience was VERY disappointing. Extremely poor customer service and extremely slow dispatch and delivery. I was given conflicting information every time I made contact to chase up my delivery. I won't ever be buying from this company again.”

“Ordered a pair of weight plates that took 3 weeks to be processed and dispatched. The plates arrived after almost 4 weeks greasy, dirty and poorly made compared to other weights I have bought elsewhere. Would not buy again from this seller.”

“Have dealt with Lilly and her team 10 years ago for a decent gym I had at Bundeena. Just purchased an Olympic bar and plates for the south coast of NSW in case we have more lockdowns. Terrific to deal with.”

“Great communication and delivery updates, delivery took a little while but completely understandable with covid and bulk items. Bought single cable machine, made in china, works fine, easy to put together. No idea how it will go with long term punishment but for the price she’ll do the job”

We know it can be frustrating waiting for a package, but we want to make sure the items arrive in perfect condition - so we take care to pack them carefully and send them out as soon as possible. “Ordered an in-stock bench, two weeks later received an email that it had been dispatched. Over a week later it still had not arrived, check tracking number and said it had delivered before it was dispatched. Contacted customer service and explained situation and said they would look into it and would "call you back before lunch tomorrow". Close of business the following day, still no call. Contacted customer service again to find out where the bench is, only to find out it is not in stock. So nearly a month on from ordering and paying for an in-stock item and no product delivered. Would have ordered elsewhere if I knew this was the case, pretty disappointing service as a whole.”

“For some reason, my order got shipped to Melbourne instead of Sydney, then had to be re-routed from Melbourne back to Sydney which resulted in a 2-week delay. Other than that the item itself is ok.”

“The weights and dumbell I ordered were found to be of a better quality than anticipated. It's price and delivery were found to be the lowest after considerable research. The only disappointment was the poor despatch service. It took nearly two weeks to wrapin tape the cartons they were packed in by the manufacturer and attach delivery labels. Once despatched the goods arrived very promptly. I've had items despatched by other suppliers (even Chinese) within a couple of days. Hence my disappointment.”

“I placed my order in January 11th and still have not received the goods. Lots of excuses about couriers etc but just not good enough. To make matters worse straight after I placed my order they launched a 15% off discount on all items. So still no goods and no offer of 15% discount for the delays. Poor customer service”
