“I would never tell anyone to purchase anything from Gym Direct, they were paid for a product only to take more than 5 weeks before they delivered the product and they don't ring to let me know when it's been delivered. To top it off the delivery/ installing told me that it's my problem to figure it out on how to use the product then said he can't take the box it came in, I'm a disabled man and I cannot remove the rubbish. Gym Direct told me that the delivery / installer would show me how to use the product but didn't do anything other than poor customer service... It's not worth 1 ⭐️ but that's all I can give. Gym direct should be closed for ever absolutely disgrace”

“I received awesome service from first enquiry through to ordering, delivery and install and the treadmill itself is amazing!! I love the Sole F85 treadmill and, as this is my second attempt at purchasing a treadmill, I actually have something to compare both the service and machine to. I highly recommend both Gym Direct and the Sole F85 💖”

“From the time of order I was sent emails with incorrect information regarding shipment details, once item was received I opened it only to find it damaged, I made contact product support and received a reply 3 days later, issue was resolved with a partial refund in a timely manner. Don’t think I will be purchasing any further items from Gym Direct in the future.”

“Great customer service. I had an item show up with some cosmetic damage and some broken pieces. It took about a week, but got a resolution and had management call me to apologise and arrange for the broken parts to be sent out to me.”
