“Even know you didn’t have my order in stock and wasn’t quite sure when they would arrive. You gave me a call and was happy to give me a refund or can wait for them to arrive. It was awesome to have an option. I decided to wait and when I received them they have made a big difference to my training, so glad I waited”

“I am being sent this review before the item has arrived. I received no updates while the order was processed for more than 12 weeks. The courier has had the item for 2 weeks and when they decide to pick a day for delivery there is no discussion on dates only my options for drop off.”

“I was very impressed with your great communication and efficiency with my order and delivery. The man I spoke to on the phone was very polite and professional and he understood that a quick delivery was important and so he personally made sure my order was sent in time.
