“The order was delayed, which due to covid I understood. The delivery company they used sent it in two separate batches, which meant I received them 5 days apart from eachother. The plates were fine, but the kettlebell arrive damage and I have spent the last three days trying to contact the support team to make a resolution to getting a brand new product damaged. Still waiting on a response in dealing with this. Not a happy customer”

“I sent a review via Google also. Good communication. You did what you said you would when you said. Your courier was a day late and split delivery but it's Covid and should be expected. Not sure if you can manage this any differently. As Arnold said, 'I'll be back'.”

“Great selection of products and fantastic prices. Was able to get everything I wanted for lockdown training and my things were delivered in a reasonable timeframe given lockdown demand. The courier was friendly and helpful. Very happy with the quality of the products”

“Bought a pair of 5kg weigh plates but the metal sleeves are poorly finished and rough so I doubt I will ever put them on the bar. Low quality product.”

“Amazing team. Need to sort a click and collect like the rest of the other people. Many local people in Sydney wanting kit and can pick up but yet they say it’s a 2 week wait! Makes no sense to me nearly stopped me spending my money with them. Do a click and collect service”

We're always looking at new ways to improve our service and are seriously looking at the possibility of reopening Click & Collect after lockdown. It's been logistically too hard for us to ensure we maintain optimum safety standards while still allowing customers to come onto the premises. “Pretty impressed. Arrived reasonably quickly. An early heads up it would be delivered in separate pieces would be nice next time. Otherwise it was great, gear is good quality and been used everyday since it arrived.”
