“Absolutely amazing service with these guys. I bought the muscle motion dual pulley tower and this machine is awsome. From ordering to delivery (Syd to Gippsland VIC) was just over a week which is great considering nsw was in lockdown. 5 Stars guys”

“Ordered an olympic barbell package. Good quality product. Happy with the order. Delivery was a bit slow and it divided in 2. It took a week before the full package was delivered.”

Unfortunately, split shipments are a process decided by our courier partners and is a procedure put into place on their end as a method of dealing with the huge influx of online orders coming through recently. “I have bought the bar and plate weights from Gym Direct & the aerobic step. Both items were delivered within a good time. They were what I ordered and wanted. Pricing is great also. I use these for body pump at home classes and they hold up to the task. I have saved myself loads of money as the “branded” weights and step are twice and even 3 times the price. Very happy. Thanks Gym Direct. I will be looking to purchase more from you when the need arises. Thanks 😊”

“Great to deal with, only concern was we had no warning from the courier of arrival despite me ringing Gym Direct to ask them if I could be contacted to ensure my partner was home to assist. Luckily the couriers were kind enough to to get the heavy item down to our shed. Setup was tricky with NO instructions but we are wrapped with the Power wrap once we figured how to set it up…INSTRUCTIONS WOULD BE USEFUL”

Hi there, deeply sorry if we've failed to meet your expectations - however due to the current covid-19 situation in NSW our dispatch and delivery times have changed drastically and unfortunately, this is largely out of our hands. “I ordered a women's chrome barbell but I received a red one instead. They're the same thing so I won't bother going through the process of returning it. If they were out of chrome, I wish they would have told me first, and asked if I'd like a red one instead, or a refund.”
