Purchasing was easy however, tracking information shows as booked for delivery by the 15/03/21 and I still haven’t received my order and it’s the 21/03/21 other than that great service.

Decent products, customer service alright, service in general could be better. Delivered one order in multiple trucks on different days. Labels items in stock that aren’t in stock. But overall some decent items.

I bought the adjustable dumbbells and the locks seem to slightly come loose extremely quickly (not to a dangerous level, but its not reassuring when you hear the weights moving slightly). However, the bench is good.

Gym equipment is spot on. The delivery company they used didn’t deliver my items safely and items were lost in the packages . Still awaiting a reply for what I can do about that .

Very long to receive my shipment, longer than the eta... was constantly ringing and asking the staff.

The product as received was good however the shipping was late and convoluted. Between an email confirmation of dispatch and receiving the items, a few weeks passed. This was compounded by uncertainty between the courier and Gym Direct whether the order was dispatched and received by the courier or not (both parties claimed that the other had the item). Subsequently the courier did not communicate well and had I not phoned the courier and negotiated a solution, they would not have attempted delivery as I live in a regional location along a steep road.

No communication to advise the rest of the order was coming. Would have been much better customer service if you explain that only half the order was being sent and that the other would be sent later on

The product range available is excellent, some flaws but hey, nothing and no one is perfect. Communication (or should I say the lack thereof) with your clients is by far the most disappointing part of your business. Having to chase up multiple times for updates after waiting weeks on end is unacceptable. I really want to give more than three start. However, with the disappointingly poor customer service I'm not able to give more.

Happy with the products, not happy with having to pay $159 for a taillift delivery that was not even used on delivery, and not happy that gym direct brushed off this complaint and blamed the courier side and did not offer to pursue the issue with the courier.
