5th odd ordered with you. Love the items. Would of liked a notification on my last delivery as Driver rocked up with 104kg of items. A txt or eta night before would of let me be ready but super happy.

It is a good product just the clips that hold the weights are tight and hard to use.

The products were delayed by a day or two but the prompt communication was appreciated. Overall really happy with the service. I will most certainly order again.

I bought an Olympic bar and some weights. Was delivered within a week. Would of given 5 stars but order was delivered in 2 parts but appeared complete after only the bar was delivered. Left wondering if/when weights would arrive. Customer service were good when I called about it.

Product is good, selection of products is also good. I would have liked to have had the option of contactless collection, I would have had the items days earlier and saved shipping to next suburb.

Hi Patrick, your item was on Pre-order, and was dispatched upon becoming back in stock on the 3rd of September - expected for delivery by the 7th. Unfortunately, Australia Post is currently experiencing pretty severe delays as there has been an outbreak of Covid at a few of their major Depots in Sydney. This is completely out of our hands but we have submitted a formal request for all tracking information to be updated to accurately reflect these delays. We deeply apologize on their behalf for the inconvenience and we will keep you in the loop.

Hey guys! I actually didn’t receive all of my order! My 7kg dumbells didn’t arrive, and were lost in transit. Super bummed. The step and roller arrived, but the dumbells are totally MIA. Australia post are looking into the matter, hope I receive! Otherwise I’ve wasted my money on those

Hi Nicole, just checked your order and your items are not lost in transit! They were sent as a split shipment with Australia post due to the item weight. You should receive your dumbbells in between today and Wednesday! Best, Gym Direct

After an initial delay and disappointment with my order, Eros was able to promptly sort a solution which I'm happy with. The gym equipment is of good quality and after sales service was great. Much appreciated.

They have reported an out break of Covid-19 in a few of their depots and unfortunately have had to make sure their couriers are self-isolating. For having cheap pricing the weight plates that came were alright. Not the best as the rubber-coated plates I got had dents in them and a bit of tear in them already. However, the plates work well as plates so I don't worry too much. I just believe if the manufacturing of the weights were a bit better combined with the cheap pricing and also good delivery time I would rate a 5 star. Overall gym direct gets a 4 star and is recommended for a gym on a budget.
