If I had known how many weeks I would have had to wait for my simple order (2 dumbbells) from you to be delivered I would never have ordered from you. You charged my credit card on Jan 7 and my order was delivered on Feb 01. Needless to say I will not be recommending your service or using it again.

I have already tried to contact the manager and written to a sales coordinator with all the problems I experienced and nobody obviously cared enough to talk to me

Awesome products at great prices, have bought heaps over the years and they are still going strong, from bench, to bumpers, dumbbells, always great quality

Customer service on the surface seems good but when you have to wait a month for a product to arrive and send multiple follow up emails with vague responses it can get frustrating. I understand Xmas closures but when the warehouse opens on the 10th of Jan I don’t expect to have to wait another 2 weeks for items to be shipped out.

I am really disappointed in the communication. I understand supply chain issues, that being said, I have had 3 emails saying that my order is out for delivery or been delivered and I haven’t received the order. Now I am being sent an email asking to review my experience? I am okay waiting for my order, you present a very competitive price which I appreciate. However it is frustrating when I stay home to collect an order or need to call up to ask why it said my order was delivered when it has not been.

Hi There, Thank you for your great feedback and we are so sorry to hear about the delay in delivery. Upon checking the latest delivery status as of today, your parcel is already at Vic airport at 9:29 am this morning and due for delivery. Apologies for the inconvenience as the delivery delay was caused by massive shorage staffs from our contract courier company due to covid impact. Kept getting email updates with another users tracking details. Order arrived but stinks of cigarette smoke. At first I thought it was the courier but the smoke smell is on the weights wrapped in plastic. Gave me a headache.

Don’t let the 4 stars fool you I honestly think 5 but you can never be sure if they are bots haha. Haven’t had any problems with Gym Direct. Prices are pretty good and they deliver pretty fast. Overall pretty good 👍

I haven’t received my item despite of numerous follow ups. Gym Direct have partnered with Border Express who have a reputation of not delivering, misplacing or delivering damage items. Please read their reviews on google. Not a happy customer here!
