“I phoned GD to enquire about shipping, and I got the impression I was wasting their precious time... I shouldn't have ignored that, because my equipment arrived with some damage, I sent two emails about it and was ignored. The damage doesn't stop the functionality of the equipment so I'll live with it, but the point is he chose to ignore my emails, not really surprised in hindsight, given my phone call to him.”

“The service was amazing, the instruction were NOT good. 4 sketches with lots of numbers for such a large machine is not good enough, with a little effort on the instructions the small detail explained the assemble could become very easy. I do fear that theplastic rollers which will constantly rub on the metal screws will wear out quickly, but as I have just received it I cant be sure”

“I would not recommend Gym Direct, the goods received did not match the pictures advertised on the web page and I feel misled by the advertising. When I raised this issue through the contact details, my concerns were not satisfactorily addressed and will have to raise with Fair Trading.”

“Delivered on time and is as described. Solid and feels secure and easy to assemble* Would have given 5 stars except the screw holes were not countersunk which I had to do otherwise the wood would split near the hole. The instructions also said the screws could only be used 3 times (in and out) during assembly before they could no longer be tightened and that was a user problem…. I would buy from them again.”
