“The machine is excellent quality however it came a few weeks after we were told it would arrive and without assembly instructions. Staff are friendly. Overall I am happy with the machine and the customer service.”

“Direct customer service via email was great. The product was good quality, value for money, and received promptly. But you send WAAAAAYYY too many marketing emails, especially considering that most people don't buy gym equipment every day. It actually got quite irritating and is not doing your brand any favours.”

“Great customer service. I had an item show up with some cosmetic damage and some broken pieces. It took about a week, but got a resolution and had management call me to apologise and arrange for the broken parts to be sent out to me.”

“Bought several pieces of equipment and so far appears to be good quality for the price. There was one piece missing from my order, however communication was excellent and the problem was rectified without any issue. Happy with my purchase, and will use gym direct again in the future”

“Product is great. Fast shipping. Appears strong and solid. Only thing is when I opened the box the BOSU ball had a crack in it (the plastic surrounding it), which is a little bit of a bummer.”

“Got delivered to my door But it was in two separate boxes an they came in different days. Be nice if you guys explain it to me there a email or phone call. Very happy with the half rack”

“Very competitive prices. Even after the shipping cost from Queensland to Perth, the squat rack was way cheaper and of similar build to rigs available locally. The squat rack is solid and sturdy. Im happy with the purchase. Unfortunately I have to reduce my rating because one of the J hooks didn't fit the rack when I first recieved it. customer support was able to send me another one but after a delay as they didn't have a spare in stock. As I wasn't in a rush, they delay didn't bother me too much, but they need to do better with QA/QC and response rate.”

“Dealing with Gym direct we found the staff to be professional, supportive and useful. From the time of the phone inquiry, everything was clear.
