“I recently bought a Muscle Motion rubber pump bar set with a 130cm bar for light workouts. The weights are quiet and the short bar suits a small home gym. It replaced a 50 year old Weider cast iron set with a long bar. Gym Direct has a good choice of well-priced equipment with prompt and reasonable postage. Highly recommend.”

“Very competitive prices. Even after the shipping cost from Queensland to Perth, the squat rack was way cheaper and of similar build to rigs available locally. The squat rack is solid and sturdy. Im happy with the purchase. Unfortunately I have to reduce my rating because one of the J hooks didn't fit the rack when I first recieved it. customer support was able to send me another one but after a delay as they didn't have a spare in stock. As I wasn't in a rush, they delay didn't bother me too much, but they need to do better with QA/QC and response rate.”

“Very happy with the service. I've been a customer since 2019. I recently purchased a safety squat bar on pre-order and arrived with in a few days. I've built a decent home gym from Gym Direct and continue to add more equipment when I can.”

“Item supplied was not as described on the web page nor in the phone call I placed before completing the order. The item was described as an exercise mat but in fact, is a yoga mat. An exercise mat is semi-rigid and a Yoga mat is designed to roll up so that it can be transported easily. Sale person stated the Mat I ordered was unable to be rolled, which is not true.”

“Took over a month to get an in stock item I bought dispatched, and only after I contacted them did it eventually get dispatched. Did get a quick initial reply but heard nothing for over a week until I had to follow up again after they said they'd "look into it". Gave this company the benefit of the doubt after the initial covid rush years ago but it doesn't seem their customer service is much better now.”

“Item was purchased but had manufacturer fault. Gym Direct was prompt with their communication via email and with their options in trying to solve the problem. Decided on a refund and Gym Direct was happy for the item to be returned and my refund was given quickly. Overall the customer service in my situation was great from Gym Direct.”
