“I bought the rubber pup set. It's amazing... easy to change the plates. Plastic clips work well. The padded barbell is great to grip. It also arrived within a week.”

“Bought a few things from gym direct really happy with the products. Had a small hiccup with one order that almost left me an unhappy customer given that after a week I was not told my order had been cancelled even though they had taken payment and never found out it wasn’t coming untill I called them up after not receiving tracking for 7 days and had to re order and pay again before my money was refunded/cleared back into my account. I will order from them again just hope nothing like that happens again”

“I bought weights and a barbell and I am very satisfied. Very good quality and was packaged very well. I couldn’t believe how quick it took from when I placed my order till I received it. Excellent service, quality and delivery. Would definitely recommend buying from Gym Direct.”

“Very happy with service. Staff were very friendly and patient over the phone with my enquiries. Shipping was very affordable and convenient. Also, very happy with my half rack with pulley. Now looking forward to Olympic barbell sets being available to complete my home gym.”

“Product arrived in decayed cardboard boxes that looked old and water damaged, and several items had fallen out of the boxes so are now lost. Attempted to get in touch to resolve missing parts of the order via email and phone. Gym Direct only responded once I posted this review, and replaced the missing parts.”

Please know that we take these matters seriously and have investigated them. We want our customers’ experiences with Gym Direct to be a good one! We will get 2 x green 2.5kg plates to be sent out today, and yes the box was ripped open during rough handling by the courier. Meanwhile, please accept a $20 gift voucher from Gym Direct as a gesture of apology for any inconvenience caused. “There was limited communication on my order. The initial email confirming my order stated that another email would be sent informing my of my delivery. I never received any further correspondence and my equipment didn't arrived for at least 8 to 10 days later? The items were as expected but were packaged with very minimal protection.”
