“Still haven't received my order. Ive called about my order twice and each time I was told it would be here within a week. The last call was 2 weeks ago. If you know it will take over a month to arrive, just tell that to your customers. Overpromising just looks bad.”

“I received my bike with rust on the underneath and above the wheel. I contacted Gym direct - it took 6 days for someone to get back to me only to be told the rust is on the underneath of the bike and it doesn’t matter. No offer of a reduction in cost of the bike or a replacement. Happy to take my money but not responsibility for their own product quality”

“I'd had a terrible experience with getting a piece of equipment from another company so I wasn't expecting much this time around but I was completely wrong. Quick turn around, product is awesome too. Will definitely be purchasing from Gym Direct again in the near future.”

“This review might be worth a 5 it might be worth a 2. I'm not sure yet as I haven't received the item yet. I made this order on the 13th of October and I expected delays for dispatch due to covid, which was made clear at time of purchase. But the item has now been with border express for 10 days. Their tracking said it was on board for delivery last week but it wasn't delivered and nobody has contacted me or updated me since it hasn't been delivered. No issue with Gym Direct themselves, just one of the delivery partners they use.”
