“I purchased a number of products from GymDirect, in three separate orders. All were dispatched and delivered within 8 days of the order, with 2 arriving within 6 days. Orders were processed quickly and efficiently, and notification provided upon dispatch, after which the items generally arrived within 2 days. Good communication, competitive prices, and i am happy with the quality of the equipment. Will do business again in the future.”

“I will not be ordering from you again. I got my order of 4 15 kilo plates nearly one whole month after ordering. Two weeks ago I ordered 2 20 kilo plates, and still nothing. I was told it was to be delivered on the 18th of august. It is now the 28th and still nothing. I’ve been training for an extended period of time and you have left a very sour taste in my mouth. Although your prices may be cheap, your service is incredibly deceiving and will certainly let everyone I know from the fitness industry, NOT to order from you”
