“My dumbbell rack arrived very quickly (2 days) and in perfect condition. It's very strong and holds all of my weights. Everything is a lot tidier now - very happy!”

“After making an order with Gym direct I was really impressed that they contacted me to make sure my items were correct as it didn’t match the weight bar I ordered. After correcting the issue it took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. After contacting the team twice!!! Finally after I contacted them a final time they sent my item and it arrived the next day. Even though they had mentioned there was a problem on their end. No apology or anything was received. Pretty disappointed”

“When I reported a tear in one of my gym mats that I ordered, Chris was understanding and concerned. He dispatched a new, replacement mat that day. That was a good experience. “Excellent product Interesting that such a discount can be applied at certain times. I am looking to purchase a set of 37.5Kg dumbbells but the price is insane unless on sale. May need to consider an alternative supplier”
