“I have bought the bar and plate weights from Gym Direct & the aerobic step. Both items were delivered within a good time. They were what I ordered and wanted. Pricing is great also. I use these for body pump at home classes and they hold up to the task. I have saved myself loads of money as the “branded” weights and step are twice and even 3 times the price. Very happy. Thanks Gym Direct. I will be looking to purchase more from you when the need arises. Thanks 😊”

“Great to deal with, only concern was we had no warning from the courier of arrival despite me ringing Gym Direct to ask them if I could be contacted to ensure my partner was home to assist. Luckily the couriers were kind enough to to get the heavy item down to our shed. Setup was tricky with NO instructions but we are wrapped with the Power wrap once we figured how to set it up…INSTRUCTIONS WOULD BE USEFUL”

Hi there, deeply sorry if we've failed to meet your expectations - however due to the current covid-19 situation in NSW our dispatch and delivery times have changed drastically and unfortunately, this is largely out of our hands. “I ordered a women's chrome barbell but I received a red one instead. They're the same thing so I won't bother going through the process of returning it. If they were out of chrome, I wish they would have told me first, and asked if I'd like a red one instead, or a refund.”

“The whole purchase process was a bit confusing. Not bad just weird. There was no information on how to activate the 1 year free iFit. There doesn’t seem to be any after sales support. I’m having issues and I’m getting no response from gymdirect or proform.”

To activate your membership, you have to register on www.ifit.com.au and enter the 16-digit activation code on the back of the card you received. Then you can log-in with your account details on your cardio device. If you're still having issues, please give us a call and we will be able to help you over the phone. Have a great week!
