Product arrived in decayed cardboard boxes that looked old and water damaged, and several items had fallen out of the boxes so are now lost. Attempted to get in touch to resolve missing parts of the order via email and phone. Gym Direct only responded once I posted this review, and replaced the missing parts.

Please know that we take these matters seriously and have investigated them. We want our customers’ experiences with Gym Direct to be a good one! We will get 2 x green 2.5kg plates to be sent out today, and yes the box was ripped open during rough handling by the courier. Meanwhile, please accept a $20 gift voucher from Gym Direct as a gesture of apology for any inconvenience caused. Delivery was continuously delayed then we received weights instead for a treadmill then another lengthy wait for the treadmill.

There was limited communication on my order. The initial email confirming my order stated that another email would be sent informing my of my delivery. I never received any further correspondence and my equipment didn't arrived for at least 8 to 10 days later? The items were as expected but were packaged with very minimal protection.

Made an order months ago. Gym direct was happy to take my $1000 and deliver the product months later (still waiting for it) with no updates and no option for a refund. Very poor!

I had ordered some resistance bands and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for them to be posted and it was only when I had sent an email through asking about the delivery that surprise surprise the item was then packaged and shipped off. I have ordered from you in the past with no problem however this time the service was definitely lacking.

Great value & very happy with my new rack Upgraded my first squat rack (also bought from Gym Direct in 2013). Their racks definitely stand the test of time! Customer service and communication is also on point.

Not so much an issue with you guys but the courier. I only received the barbell on Sarurday morning. The last order didn't deliver on the same day, but instead across two days. I would hesitate to order from you again. Sorry.

As a returning Customer, I'm very happy with Gym Direct across their products, prices and service. We set up a home gym because of lockdown and have sourced most of our equipment from Gym Direct and wouldn't hesitate to buy again in the future.
