“Purchased the ASFID Super FID Bench from Gym Direct and it arrived with the back and seat pads damaged in transit. But Michael and Lily were quick to send out replacements to me the very same day! Superb service from Gym Direct!”

“Best deal for superb weights that I could find in Sydney. The price difference might account for a disorganised delivery service that gymdirect seem to have issues with too, but gymdirect helped me get the lost items back. Just add a month or two to the delivery estimated time and it'll be a 5/5 product and price”

“My 3rd kettlebell from Gym Direct, I gave 5 star reviews for the first two. This one was the 28kg competition kettlebell. Price was great and delivery time was fantastic. nfortunately there was some issues with the quality of the finish on the handle. Took me an hour with sandpaper to fix the various sharp burrs on the handle. I've emailed details to Gym Direct staff and recommended the handles on this type of kettlebell be checked prior to sending any more out to clients.”

“I was hesitant buying from gym direct because of a few bad reviews but I’ve honestly had a great experience. The weights came very quickly and are great quality for the price point. A few of the weights had some scuff marks presumably from how they were stored but not actually damaged and certainly doesn’t hinder performance. The larger plates were a little greasy on arrival but nothing a wipe down didn’t fix. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.”
